Beautiful, warm jacket that won't need lots of room

This has been a perfect purchase. Lightweight, cute color and keeps me warm in Colorado winters. Crazy sizing. I normally wear a size small. This was an XS.

Fits great (Petite Large), very warm and comfortable. I dont even need a scarf because it zips to my chin.

Light as a feather. Worn with a 1/4 fleece and lined pants and hat, I was out in 19 degree weather for my daily walk. Absolutely weightless. Warmth without bulk. Love my jacket!

Light weight and keeps her warm. Wife can layer too when needed.

It is lightweight but very warm. I can comfortably wear it in temperatures in the 30s. I get many compliments on the color

This a light weight jacket with a hood. It isn't made for really cold weather but you could wear a layer underneath. I've gotten lots of compliments on the color.

Love this jacket!! It's the 3rd one I've owned in 6 years. Not because any of them have worn out - I just enjoy different colors. The jacket washes well, and I love that it is so light-weight. Some people say it's not the warmest jacket but it's all I need here in North Carolina!

This jacket is surprisingly warm for its very light weight. A pleasure to wear! The zipper works easily, the hood can take the place of a hat. The only thing I don't like is the contrasting color of the zippers, but I can live with it. Now feels like my go-to!

Great jacket for walks, hikes & travel (easy to pack). My old coat packaway coat from 2018 still going strong (machine washed/line dried multiple times) but this time I got the hooded version & love it. The elastic around the hood keeps the hood on my head even in the wind. Sleeves also have elastic at the ends & are long enough for me (I'm 5'9"). Both coats have lots of zippered pockets but the newer one added an outside chest pocket which is perfect for easy access to a cell phone. I sized up to XL (I'm ~165lbs) & there's room for layering. The coat is light weight & breathable which is great for walking/hiking. I would choose a different heavier weight coat for more sedentary activities (e.g. waiting for a bus, sport spectator outdoors, ice fishing).

I love this jacket. I had one without the hood for the past seven years. Finally bought a new one, and it's perfect. Love the color, love the feel.

Light weight & packable, exactly what I was looking for.

This jacket is very lightweight and packable. Not real warm, but it blocks wind and rain, and with a long sleeve shirt or sweater underneath, I'm very warm. I don't like bulky, overly warm jackets so this is the best. Also, very flattering.

Comfortable. Keeps you very warm. Not too hot! Fits well.

Thank you LL Bean for using this new insulation. I am 5'3" weigh 119 and muscular build. A small enables me to put a warm base layer and thin wool under it and/ or a rain shell or heavy jacket over it with perfect freedom of movement. Moderate walking, high wind, high 30's I wear this over a long sleeve cotton tee. HARD uphill hiking or Nordic skiing, low 20's I wear this over a thin base layer and thin wool mid layer. Resting, low 20's, I need an additional layer over it. I love the fit and the pockets.

Very lightweight and warm all in one. A great jacket.

Lightweight but still keeps me warm. Haven't tested it in the brutal cold temps yet. But keeps me warm in 20 degree temps. Size is true to size.

This jacket was one of the best purchases from LL Bean. Jacket is lightweight but warm even with cold temperatures & high winds. Hood is comfortable & zipper covers neck up to chin. Worn on a recent trip to top of Mt. Washington when the temps were near zero with snow. Wore a fleece under the jacket. Sizing was tricky, started with usual size of small which was too small, went to medium & sleeves were too long, finally got petite medium which was perfect. Would highly recommend this jacket.

Love the color of the jacket and how light weight it is. I aloo really like the inside pocket.

This is perhaps the greatest piece of outerwear I've ever purchased. Sounds like an exaggeration, but I love this jacket. I'm never too warm and never too cold. If it's bitterly cold, a sweater underneath and I am good to go. It's such a light jacket I cannot believe how well it functions. And it looks good. I have recommended it to more people than I can count. This is a great product.

I absolutely love this coat. The blue color is beautiful, it is very light weight but also very warm. I highly recommend it. I am 5'5" and weight 180 lbs. and size XL fits great.

I just received my jacket today. I don't think I have ever been more satisfied with a purchase. This jacket is wonderful. Just right for the winter we are having here in northern Illinois. I just may need to purchase another one in a different color. Best purchase ever! 2x fit is perfect in every way.

Hard to believe that such a lightweight jacket can be so warm. Love the packability and fit. Hard to find a better jacket anywhere

I love this jacket. It is the perfect outer layer for the transitional seasons. It's also an amazing layer for winter use.
