Love the look but not as warm as I thought it would be.

Great coat but runs really small. I wear a size Medium in LL Bean tops/sweaters but I wanted the coat roomy so I ordered a Large. I can wear it but not with a heavy sweater underneath. I should have ordered the XL. Plus the color is hideous. It looks pink online but showed up looking tan.
For the money I'm disappointed at the horrible sizing and color. The positive is that it is well-made and warm.

Love this jacket, ordered it in the pink, but when it came the color was dull and not as bright as the picture showed, was disappointed so I returned it and got the navy, I wish LLBean would do more brighter colors in winter fall/winter jackets!

I can't wait until it gets cooler so I can wear my new fleece-lined primaloft jacket! I also have a regular primaloft jacket that is perfect for the cold and not so cold weather.

Good quality, but I am not a big fan of the quilted look. Wanted more of a puffer jacket

I have a jacket very similar to this one that is about 8 years old that I have loved, but I ripped it while walking through the woods. I think this is the same jacket with just a few features updated, like elastic at the wrists. But the fit is not as good. This one is tight across the chest, shoulders, and upper arms, which will inhibit range of motion. The color is a duller, grayer lilac than pictured online. Positives are that the sleeves are long enough, the fleece is softer than in my old jacket, and the zipper works much better. I haven't worn it outside yet. Hopefully it will be as warm as the old one. I am always amazed at how such a light jacket can be so warm. My old one was a staple on "mild" winter days in Wisconsin, and sufficient for every winter day that I have encountered since moving to Illinois a year ago.

Bought and loved this same jacket several years ago; decided to buy a second one. Surprise! The cut is slightly more shape-fitted now. Since I am medium-tall and high-waisted, the jacket no longer works for me. The more fitted waist does not sit at my waist nor do the hips, so the jacket is too tight in several places. When jacket shoulders are lifted with waist and hips sitting as intended, the jacket does "fit". So, though Medium is the correct size, the fit of this jacket is unfit for certain medium size customers. It is a more dress-like fit than expected in serviceable outerwear and seems a trend at present. Unfortunately, this makes it hard for those with a short or long torso to find outerwear suitable for their quite normal body type. Large is too big overall; not an option.

I ordered a petite medium, my usual size for all things LL Bean. It is too snug. It would not be possible to layer a sweater or sweatshirt under it. I like the cut, color and the weight, so I will exchange it. The joys of online shopping!

Beautiful jacket. Love the navy color. However, this is definitely not warm! Light weight autumn jacket, but NOT for winter. And the fleece lining is only on the center back and front and NOT on the side panels! I will keep it as an autumn and spring jacket because the cut and color are attractive.

I really wanted to keep it but it looks like I'm wearing a tail. The back end is cut curved and lower than the front so much that it looks terrible on my petite frame, like I'm wearing a tail. It's warm yet light weight. I'm in the petite small. It would have been my perfect go to jacket if it had only been cut straight along the back end.

This jacket is very nice. The color is pretty but the sizing chart is all wrong. To fit over my bust, i had to go up to 1X, which isnt awful but you would think that making a larger body size would signal to them to make the sleeves slightly larger too. NOPE... the sleeves are very tight and my shirt gets bunched up under my arms. I wont be wearing this for my go-to fall jacket like i thought i would.

Very attractive jacket, but had hoped it would be a good 45 degrees and above jacket. But find it only warm enough to wear above 55 degrees.

The fit is quite snug across the chest/shoulders. The jacket itself is rather flimsy and more like a lining for a jacket as opposed to a jacket itself. Looked better online than in person. Definitely overpriced for an LL Bean product.

While the jacket is beautiful and fit is very nice, fleece lining continues to shed despite multiple wears/washes. Very disappointed as the jacket is good quality on the outside. However, the lining fibers shed all over whatever is worn underneath. Tried washing a couple of times to remove any loose fibers but it shed in the laundry and covered the towels.

This attractive and fleece lined winter jacket fit too well to send back. But the amount of warmth it delivers was a disappointment. And I live in Florida!

This is an attractive "winter" jackets with a flannel lining. Despite having a flannel lining and a warm outer shell this coat is not warm in temperatures below 50 degrees, particularly when it is windy. I live in FL and I thought this would do the trick, but I need a warmer coat than this as well. Also even though I am slim I found that the coat was not comfortable with a cardigan in addition to a long sleeve shirt.

The jacket looks nice, nice lines. I ordered the burgundy color, it's beautiful but the pink lining is a game changer, doesn't look as bad in the photo but in person...not so good in my book. It has the stretchy side panels, to me it gives it a strange kind of fit, I wish they had left the side panels out, otherwise, it's an ok jacket. Sleeves are a good length for me, the jacket is a bit short. It will be returned.

Only 2 problems. Difficult to get on with fleece lining, it clings to your clothing. Jacket could use a 2 direction zipper.
Is warm and soft.

I loved everything about it except I found it a little tight through the chest. Sadly I had to return it.

Not as much room as my unlined primaloft jacket. Needs to be resized. I can wear but just barely. There is no PXXL. I chosethe PXL that I normally wear and I have to wear a summer top underneath for it to fit.

A very tight fit. No room for even a light sweater. It's a really nice well made jacket if you want body clinging fit. Perhaps that's the style these days. I like my outerwear looser so I have room to add a layer which makes a jacket much more versatile, especially when traveling. I really liked the look of this jacket and was sorry to have to return it.

It's an "okay" jacket. I've worn a few times but it truly isn't warm. It's good for not very cold temps.

The "vintage lavender" appeared on both my phone screen and PC monitor to be a pink-toned lavender, but it arrived as a grayed blue-toned lavender. I know that colors may vary, but it's honestly not even close. The coat itself is nice but probably will have to go back for that reason since I'm a real brat about colors.

I gave it three stars because it is tight in the shoulders and across the chest. I went up a size because the past couple of years it seems to me their sizing is off . I wear an XL and this was tight and I couldn't even get a lightweight sweater under it . I wish they would go back to their old sizing
