Nice quality jacket but much lighter than anticipated. Very thin fleece lining. Tighter fit than most Large jackets. OK for temps above 40 degrees. No inside pocket to store cell phone.

This jacket is light but very warm. I have only had it for a few months, but some of the front stitching is coming off already. In addition, I don't know why but LL Bean has stopped making inside pockets on some of their products, including this one, and I don't understand why as it is a very nice feature. I hope they will return to offering that feature in the future.

Unfortunately, I can't use this so will be returning it. I normally wear a Petite Medium, which is what I bought, expecting I could layer under it, as the description indicates. However, it's much too snug for that, and on its own it isn't warm enough even for winters here in San Francisco.

So disappointed! I own a lot of Bean items in sizes S and M. M is usually roomy. This jacket is very long, the arms are roomy, yet the bust is very tight. No way I could wear a thick sweater underneath. Sizing up to L would make the rest of the jacket much too big. I'm a 36DD for reference. Bean jackets used to be a nice length, hitting around the upper hip on my very average 5-5 frame. Now they seem to all be crazy long.

Love the jacket.... ordered petite medium. In the past, this size fits me better.... but this jacket was snug on me... so I will return it. Order up seems to be the best way.

The jacket is o.k. Maybe because I received regular size smalll, but I ordered petite small.

I loved this jacketuntil it needed laundered. At first, I noticed that the zipper was "wavy" and wouldn't lay flat. This only worsened the zipper problem. Then I noticed that the bottom of the jacket "flared out"-just won't stay snug to the body. Not comfortable on cold or windy days, as air gets into the jacket!

It is a nice-looking jacket but not as warm as one I got several years ago. I also am not a fan of the fleece lined collar especially white! I will wear it though with lots underneath.

Attractive and cozy. Definitely runs small especially in arms and hips. I'm usually a 2X but bought a 3X because of other reviews and it was still snug and a bit shorter than I would have liked. Unable to wear with heavy sweaters.

not the best of LLBean's jackets as far as style is concerned. Don't like the lining that well. It could use a hood and a turquoise lining.

This coat would be great if it had inside pockets. The side pockets are fine for hands, but not for items that you wouldn't want sliding out of there. Otherwise it's a nice, average spring and fall jacket.

I love this jacket but won't buy another... the pockets aren't deep enough, my keys fell out of the pocket so did my gloves and forget about trying to put a phone in there. So deeper pockets would make it perfect, I would like to be able to keep my keys and gloves in there.

This is really a fall/spring jacket. I had read some reviews before buying it that it was not a very warm jacket but I wanted one to wear layers. I am a small person, and the XS Petite was a bit too fitted for layers. I now have the S Petite and it is perfect for layering.

I bought this coat a few months ago. I like the red color and the thinner silhouette. It's warm without bulk for those mid-level winter locations. The zipper is really terrible. Splits from the bottom. The draw cord around the bottom doesn't work. I'd say it's about 65% of the way to where I would have expected it to be.

The extra large was too small and the 1x was too big. The jacket was more crunchy than cosy, but I did love the color.

I have been looking at this jacket for a while and finally ordered it. Sadly I just returned both a medium and large. The large was fine in the shoulders but too big in the hips; the medium was perfect in the hips but too tight in the shoulders. It's a beautiful jacket if It fits you well. For reference, I am 5'7", 122 lbs, have wide shoulders and long arms.

Thought it would be warmer , nice style, fun color

I was looking for a jacket warmer than a sweatshirt but cooler than down. It might still be that, but it is only very lightly lined in the front and back, but not the sides or sleeves.

This jacket is adorable. I love how it fits, as it cinches in at the waist cute little collar, nice fleece lining, pretty color. However, this jacket is not appropriate for Minnesota weather. It wouldn't be until probably mid April, if I'm being honest. It felt like a windbreaker on outside, so I had to return it.

Disappointing that the Bean logo is on the front and can't be removed without damage. I don't like being a billboard for the merchant. Inside label would be okay.

Quality jacket but size was off, re ordered a larger size and I received the same size I originally ordered and returned. Just so upset mean while my beautiful granddaughter Addy will be disappointed Again!! Bad PR

Sizing is very small. Not as warm as we expected. Attractive coat, but not functional enough in the cold, so we returned it.

Love the style and fabric. Chest too tight - had to upsize to a L which was loose in hips but I'll make it work.

Perfect fit and light weight but not the best quality as it has stitching that is broken and coming out after a couple wears.
