This is a great jacket just a bit too snug for me w/sweater underneath. Returned.

I ordered a medium size but it fit a little too tight and since I want to wear some layered tops at times, I sent the medium back and got a large which feels better. I am a size 10, slim build just to give you an idea of the fit. I love the coat.

Fit info: 5'6" 159#. Wear a size large top and size 10-12 jeans. 38DDD bra. Bought a large, which fit great through shoulders, waist, hips. Bust too snug. Reordered an XL. Busty gals, order a size up. Fleece is soft. Zipper heavy duty and didn't get caught in the fleece. Hood caressed my face. Zippered slant pockets are roomy and easily accessible. Big enough to leave your purse at home. Look forward to the replacement.

Really like this coat. Its nicely made and warm.My only complaint is I think it runs small. I got it in navy.

So soft and cozy, I do love it, but it ran a little small for me. I sent it back and may try the next size up!

While I like this jacket for Fall it would be nice if it were lined. The jacket inside has all seams exposed. The jacket is a nice length and the hood is nice if it starts to rain or get windy.

Cute jacket but it just didn't work for me. Snug over my hips and next size up would have been too big in the arms. I HATE wearing a logo on my clothing so I would have had to really love this jacket to keep it even if it had fit well.

I wanted a long fleece jacket and finally landed on this one. I haven't purchased from LL Bean before so I thought I would try based on the design. Overall I like it, but it is too short in the sleeves and a bit tight across my shoulders. I am 5'10" and normally wear a large. I sized up to XL to hopefully get some length. Didn't really work out. I am not returning it, I'll probably end up giving to my mom. It would be nice if more talls were offered, there are only 8 in the total womens line. I wanted to get a color block puffer too but no talls. I'll stick to my usual retailer for tall girl stuff.

Im 5'5 135 lbs sz M. Plenty of room for a sweater. Length was good. Sherpa is tightly wound and good quality. Weight was a bit heavier than expected. Overall good purchase.

The jacket itself is nice and warm but larger then expected, i ordered the smallest size and its not fitted to me at all, just baggy

Very nice coat, good fit, soft on outside but strange material on inside almost thermal but not soft

Pros: it is warm, toasty, and comfortable. Cons: sizing can be off (I tried on multiple size M, some fit tighter/looser), and the lining could be softer, less scratchy. All in all, I do love the coat and can't wait to wear it once the weather turns cold.

Love the color and weight of the jacket. Love the lining helps with wind resistance. The length is perfect- stays put to cover my bottom. (Will be especially helpful when sitting on cold metal bleachers.) Pockets are good. Only reason for not giving it five stars is because I wish it had a way to cinch the waist/ snug up the fit a bit when I don't need to wear layers underneath. I ordered the medium, which is my standard size. The jacket is roomy with some fitted shape. I debated exchanging for a smaller size but want the flexibility to wear a thick sweater underneath on mild winter days.

This was such a comfy jacket, but I had to exchange it and size up to a Large. It does not have much stretch, especially in the chest. That said- super comfy! It reminds me of a comfy pair of sweats - only in a much more substantial jacket! This is a great lightweight jacket for the fall or for chilly days in spring.

I love the looks of the coat & was excited to purchase it as the first LL Bean item in my wardrobe. I wish the inside of the coat was as cozy as the outside. The inner lining is not soft at all. I like the coat but was disappointed - if the inside was made with a softer fabric, it would be perfect.

This was a early bday gift to myself. I saw this cozy looking coat on line so decided to order it. My order finally came, and the jacket felt nice and looked well made. I ordered a PM and it fits great, I even have room to wear a nice thick thermo underneath! The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the bottom part of the jacket flares out kinda like a skirt, so I look like a bell lol. I thought it would be flat.

Love this coat very warm and has the perfect length! Only thing disappointing is that there was a shopping list in the pocket when I opened the package so obviously this was something someone had previously wore around with the tag on. I assumed I would be getting a brand new item.

I'm going to exchange this for two reasons: it runs small across the chest so if you are large chested, definitely go up a size. Also, the color really doesn't match what it looks like online. Online, the natural color looks like a pretty warm cream, but in reality it has a yellowish/brownish hue to it. The coat is really well made and it seems like it would be very warm.

It's a nice lightweight coat. My dad bought me this because I don't really have a winter coat that's not bulky and this is perfect. The fit is great, it's very flattering. My only complaint is that the material in the lining isn't very soft. Even after a wash it's still a little stiff and scratchy. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase.

Tighter in the shoulders than expected. Definitely size up if you want room for bulky sweaters. Otherwise a great coat. It is light weight but warm.

Warm and cozy. I'm shortwaisted so was surprised the proportions in the regular were good for me (I usually order petites for this reason).

Recieved order from online purchase - all looks fine with tags attached but there was a dirty used tissue stuffed into one of the pockets. So disgusting! Especially in the midst of a pandemic. Debating washing it versus returning it. Please check things before sending them out! Otherwise like the coat very much.
