This parka is the best. Very warm, not heavy, adjustable drawstring in the waist, adjustable wrist, hood , length and the fit is perfect. I'm 180 and I took a large. There is plenty of room . Also the zippered pockets within the snap pockets give extra security. I love it!!!!

This coat is perfect. I live in MI where quality coats are a must and this product fits the bill! I am short (5'2") and opted for the petite size. I recommend any others 5'3" and under to do the same. It fits perfectly and is very flattering.

I'm really happy with this coat! I like how you can make the waist a bit more fitted if you want, plus the fit and quality are great. I wish it was just a little bit longer, but really no complaints. Also - I appreciate LL Bean offering so many of their products in petite sizes since most other retailers don't at all. This is one of the first coats I've owned that actually fits me like it should!

I absolutely love this coat. The inside of the coat allows you to loosen or tighten straps to make it tighter or larger. I wanted a coat that was warm, but not bulky and it fits BOTH of those categories. Just spend the money and go for it- you won't regret it:)

This parka is lightweight, not bulky like some down jackets, but very warm. In fact, it is warmer and less bulky than an old down parka of mine. It has a feminine shape without being tight. The hood is large enough to fit over a hat and is detachable. I like that the front hand warmer pockets have a second zipped pocket inside where I can keep valuables. There is also a zipped internal pocket. The length is perfect for me at a little above the knee, making it comfortable to sit in, plus it does have the two-way zipper, I am 5 feet tall, 98 pounds and I bought the extra small petite. The only negative is that I wish there was a soft lining around the neck area since the fabric of the outer layer feels cold against the skin when the parka is zipped all the way up. My easy solution is a scarf around my neck.

Tried this jacket on in the store and I just had to get it. The waist is slightly tapered which was flattering. This is my first purchase from LL Bean and I think the sizing was a little larger than other brands. This jacket is very comfortable and I love all of the zippered pockets. Wore it out in the snow and single digit temps with only a thin shirt underneath and I was very warmalmost hot even. I am ALWAYS cold, so this is huge.

I often struggle to find coats that aren't tight across my shoulders, but this fits perfectly!

This coat is very warm and is great for the colder weather in Michigan. I am very happy with this purchase. Some people complained about the zipper but I have had no problems with it.

Overall I'm thrilled with this coat and have worn it everyday for the last month. It's warm, sturdy, and still has some shape even though it's a puffer. But it's huge! I have a petite build, 5'4" and 108 lbs, but my upper half isn't ultra slim or waif-like. I have shoulders! In most clothes I wear a small. This was my first LL Bean clothing purchase, so I don't have any reference within the brand, but in this coat a XXS fits me perfectly when wearing regular layers like a t-shirt and a sweater. The pockets are a little awkward. My phone fell out a few times before I figured out that I need to snap them closed or utilize the smaller zipper pockets, which are really handy. So far this coat has kept me warm and dry when temperatures were in the 20s and 30s. Some reviews say the hood is oversized, but I think it's fine. It cinches down well and is nice and warm. There have been a few stray feathers at seams, but not more than is expected with a down coat.

Haven't worn it yet, but I'm so excited to do so. Looks great, fits great!
