Super comfy, well designed and very warm. First day using the coat was spent 4 hours in a snow storm and it was water proof and extra warm. I love the pocket has a zipper compartment and the snap also. I could keep my phone in the zipper and still use the pockets without worrying it would fall out. Great design- many compliments.

This coat may have been designed by people who actually go outside. Being a dog walker in the Chicago area I’ve searched for coats that can accommodate Chicago’s winters. Most are expensive and designed for style, not working in. I’d love to see clothes designed for dog walking in mind. Anyway, this coat can handle very cold and windy winter days. By cold I mean really cold. As a side note, Burton makes the best coats for outdoor work, and this coat is a runner up. There’s not enough material at the neckline where the zipper closes, adjusting that would be an excellent improvement. Also, deeper, and more pockets. And quit trying to feminize winter coats, sexism is ridiculous.

Love this coat I am from Virginia perfect for me here ! For reference! 4.11 tall. 125.0 pounds I got petite S fits perfectly!

This is a quality coat that helps to keep you warm on cold winter days. The color goes with most anything. Love the hood and plenty of pockets. Would highly recommend

I purchased the dk blue coat and it's a beautiful color. It is lightweight and has adequate pockets to hold my essentials at a football game without carrying a purse. It's only fall in Illinois right now so I haven't tested it in Midwest cold yet. I am 5'4" and 155 lbs. I bought the XL because it is slightly fitted. It fits perfectly and I will have enough room for a sweater underneath.

I bought a medium for my daughter in March and the fit was perfect. She wore it during the early spring and expects to start wearing it again this fall thru winter. She liked the length because it kept her warm when walking but was also comfortable for driving and didn't touch the wet car floors.

When the weather guy says brace for 20 degree bitter, windy weather, you'd better have this coat ready! Great hood & pockets also!

Light, keeps you warm, looks expen$ive. What's not to love?

It's a great in-between coat for a crispy fall night. It fits true to size so if you intend to wear this with a base layer you may need to go a size up.

LOVE this parka because: 1. Extremely comfortable-It is lightweight and warm, feels amazing on. 2. Functional-zipped hidden inside pockets to keep stuff safe, a full wide zipper for easy, fast on and off, zipper never gets stuck on fabric, hood that actually stays on, adjustable cuffs etc. I am still discovering the other features. 3 Stylish-looks super cute on Great job LL Bean on this parka an absolute winner!

This coat is durable and an extremely comfortable blanket of warmth not too hot, not cold, and I like how the inside.can sinch up against the body to hold more heat in. The hood is fabulous!

Love the pockets in this jacket. I loved having inside pockets as well as outside ones. I bought a size 2X instead of my usual one X because I wanted to wear this with a sweater. It's not the warmest jacket I own, but it's accommodating my sweater and with both I have the advantage of going from place to place taking off my jacket and still being warm with my sweater on. The layering system works well for me. It folds up nicely and fits into my knapsack. This is a great advantage for when you're walking outside during the middle of the morning and then at noon time it gets warm and you can take it off and put it in your knapsack. If you are like me and like to layer, this is the jacket for you.

Well made coat, just felt like I looked like a wall in it. I had bought a size medium and I still felt like I looked like a big rectangle in it. I'm 5'10", 150lb.

Warm and lightweight. Hood doesn't fit snug but still keeps me warm. Be sure to zip pockets to keep items inside.

will need it for next winter but wore it outside to walk them dog ion a cold day and was very warm

Very happy with the warmth and quality of this down coat. My only issue is that the snaps are not so easy to snap

I bought this to wear in the Chicago winter and have been really happy that it keeps me nice and warm. I like the color and fit a lot. It does shed feathers occasionally though. And I had to do some trimming of loose threads but overall it's a win.

I love my coat! I always had a Bean down coat when I lived in Maryland but when we moved to SC for 10 years I had no use for them. We moved north again to Delaware about 2 years ago and winter has been quite cold at times, so I told my husband I wanted a new down coat for my birthday ! I'll be 75 this year and I really like how light and warm it is.

This jacket has so many great features that I don't know where to begin ! The warmth and wind proof are top priority features. The hood lays flat and out of the way when not being used as well as the collar. The zip pockets inside of the slip pockets are another great feature. I wish I had this jacket years ago. I'm so happy my husband purchased this wonderful coat for me
