Versatile, comfortable and full of pockets. In love. I got a medium and it runs a tad big, but since I layer, its perfect.

Unfortunately the inside
Of the material catches on my clothes when I take it off and my shirt comes off with it

Great quality and I loved the zipper pouch! I was able to put a small handbag and my phone inside so I was hands free and felt my belongings were super safe during my European cruise shore excursions! I was glad I ordered a size up so that it was comfortable over other warm shirts. Stores neatly in its own pocket when it's not needed.

It's cozy, and protects from the wind, but water still leaks through

I love this jacket and it protects from the rain but I bought a 2X thinking it would be huge and it wasn't so I guess it's time to lose some weight lol

I've been looking to replace my ancient anorak, but wanted a nice light color. The black and navy blue didn't do much for me, nor did the multi-colored ones. I found a light green color and ordered it.

Love it. Packable. Huge pockets and roomy fit. Quality of the cloth is high and very resistant. Would like to see more color choices in the women's plus size.

I have this in black and really like it. If you want to layer, size up. I have a few LL Bean pull overs and jackets and I really would love for LL Bean to recognize that most woman have hips and would love for a little flare in that area. If you have hips it will hug your rear end

The material is great! Based on the "true fit size" it said I needed a 2x. It is pretty big, definitely could have got a smaller size.

This jacket is exactly as described. Light weight and roomy. I plan to wear it when the temperatures are in the high 50's to mid 60's with a tee shirt underneath. I'm 5'3 and weigh 115.

I'm 5'11" with broad shoulders and big boobs. This fits well, the arms are almost long enough which in womens clothing is very hard to find for me. It's super lightweight which is what I expected it to be. Overall I like it enough to keep it for spring.

Great quality, but runs big. I ordered my usual size medium and had to return for a small. The medium looked too frumpy.

I first purchased this windbreaker in 1988. I loved the 1/2 zip, the kangaroo pocket and it fit great, and it's still in good shape. I ordered another, in fear that they might cease to be available. This new one is hard to get on and off because it's so tight across the back. The original had dolman sleeves, the new one has inset sleeves. I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer the old style. I can't wear more than a t-shirt under the new one because of the fit.
I considered sending it back for an XL, but thought I'd be swimming in it.

If you're not going to be out for very long it's great but it starts to soak through after about an hour.

This is my go-to for short hikes in the fall and spring when you don't need a heavy coat. The huge pocket can carry so much!

I should have ordered the men's which is longer, but I do like the light green women's color. I already have another men's which has become my barn coat, and is waterproof and wind proof and has lots of pockets. This one will be kept for town.

I originally ordered this online in a size medium. I am someone that likes all my clothes to be somewhat oversized just in case I wear things underneath or to make sure I won't grow out of them. When it came in, it wasn't as oversized as I wanted so I went in the store to exchange it for a large. When I was at the store I found the same jacket only it was a "quilted" one on the inside. I'd recommend getting that one it's only 20 more bucks and it's way warmer and just thicker material. This jacket here is really thin and more of a windbreaker but still cute. I ended up getting a size large and it fits me nicely and comfy.

I still wear my LLBean anorak I bought in 1994 but it has become quite worn and I've had my eye out for a replacement for the past few years. I was taken by the blue color of this new anorak and by the weight which is ideal for spring/fall. It looks great on but it is slightly narrower than the older design and a little harder to take on and off over my head.

This jacket seems great style and quality-wise, but it was pretty big around the waist and hips. I'm almost always an XS in tops/coats. However, I'm finding I have to size down for L.L.Bean. Anyway, I guess I'm thankful the option for XXS exists on the website.

I like to wear a light jacket on summer evenings. Even when it's not cold out I like jackets. This is exactly what I was looking for, and the fit is spot on. I am a The only downside is that I would have preferred the full zip version, however the full zip did not come in an XXL.

I've been waiting for this to come in plus sizes as I've loved Bean anoraks since the 80s/90s. I ordered a size up from my normal (non-LL bean) sizing because I wanted to be able to layer this- and am I glad I did! As with most Bean coats the arms/shoulders are a bit snug. I would have liked some extra length as well. Would also love if they would make this in all the great colors available in straight sizes. This is a great option for drizzly or windy days when you need a lightweight outer shell.
