Great quality and feels good, not sticky, on your bare arm like other rain jackets of this weight. Really great rain jacket.

Very comfortable to wear, keeps you dry with plenty of opportunity for ventilation. Sleeves seem a little long which is much better than being a little short.

Well-made, fits perfectly. Lining helps it slip on and off easily. This will get the job done! Liked it so much I bought one for my brother.

My earlier review was on the lining fraying after washing it. However to be fair the jacket itself is a good quality jacket .I like the inside pocket unlike the previous version with no inside pocket. My suggestion on washing this jacket, is take a damp soapy cloth spray some shout-it-out on the jacket and wipe it clean it's a nylon jacket that doesn't need extensive cleaning in a washing machine. If on the other hand you have found washing it in the dose machine work please let me know your secrete.

Just what I needed. Perfect for high 50's and above. I got XL and it fit just right for me even though I'm on the edge of XL and XXL.

I love this jacket. It fits well, keeps out the wind, and is waterproof. I find that t elastic on the sleeves, when wet, are difficult to pull over my hands. Also, the Velcro pieces on the zipper seem unnecessary and a bit of a pain, particularly if changing zipper with temperature changes. Small issues for a really great garment.

Jacket is comfortable and kept me dry. I was looking for something lighter in weight for summer than my normal rain jacket. This is fitting the bill.

I was looking for a lightweight windbreaker that could be worn in the fall, spring, and early summer mornings for hikes, jogging, fishing, etc. I have worn this jacket on a 50 degree overcast day with a slight drizzle, and it kept me dry, and protected from the wind. I have yet to try it out in a direct rainstorm. The quality of the jacket is solid. Very simple construction with two hand pockets secured with velcro tabs, a full front zipper with storm flap and velcro tabs, and an interior compartment that works as a stuff sack when the jacket is not in use. The hood is not detachable, and the interior mesh is very comfortable. As a very tall, very slim man, it can be difficult to find clothing that fits comfortably without looking like I'm wearing a trash bag, because most stores only offer "BIG and tall" options. Fortunately, LL Bean has options for almost everybody! One thing I will point out, which seems to be griped about in other reviews is that this jacket is slightly fitted. SO, if you have very broad shoulders, or a bit of a gut, this may not offer the ideal fit for you.

I wore this jacket just about everyday for my European honeymoon. It packed well, but most importantly kept me warm and dry. It provided excellent wind resistance which was very impressive. I'm going to buy my wife one when we get back.

I love this lightweight jacket. Happy with fit & style, also like Velcro and zipper closure. Easy to compact when carrying.

My husband loves this jacket. It is truly wind and waterproof. This time of year he is layering it over another LL fleece. My husband has the medium and it is true to size. Great color too. He likes the mesh lining.

One complaint: no rain coat should have Velcro. It catches on other fabrics. Otherwise it's an excellent rain coat.

Basic lightweight rain jacket. I purchased to take on a trip to Europe and it handled the moderate rain perfectly. Also layered well over a jacket. This will serve me well on future trips.

It is an easy light weight jacket that can be rolled up quickly and packed to go anywhere.

This jacket is great for running on cold or rainy days. It has the added benefit of being stowable. I am 6'1" and weigh around 220 lbs, and large fits me perfectly, neither baggy nor tight.

This rain jacket was a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it! It arrived exactly as described and fit perfectly. For such a lightweight jacket, it is quite warm and there's no need for extra layers. And last but not least, the LL Bean quality cannot be beat.
