This jacket was purchased to use on the golf course and also while boating. He wore it out in the teeming rain and kept his clothes nice and dry.

Very nice quality. My only issue is that it fits a bit snug while fully zippered (compared to flannels from LL Bean in the same size).

This was the winner among several lightweight, packable, waterproof jackets. Even though it is very thin (and thus very packable), it kept me bone-dry during a thunderstorm downpour. Top marks! (I returned another highly-rated LL Bean that cost almost double this one, with no regrets)

This jacket is exactly as advertised. It is a windbreaker/waterproof jacket. The fit is true to size; I wear a medium and order a medium and it's perfect. The outside pockets have a Velcro closure and the zipper closure has a flap with Velcro closures to make it windproof. There are two pockets on the inside with zipper closures.

Fits really well, looks good. Good quality zipper and looks great.

I bought 2 of these jackets for a trip to Alaska with my husband this coming June. I like the look and feel of the jacket material; it is packable into its own pouch, the hood is very protective and it hides into the collar when you do not need it.

This is a very nice windbreaker. Haven't had chance to see bout waterproof yet but the hood comes up covers head nicely (it would've been nice to have pull strings to tighten for windy days) but overall for $$ it suits it's purpose.

I bought this to have a waterproof jacket which I can wear all year long. I've warn it several times now and it works perfectly. I put a sweater underneath when I need warmth. It is perfect when the weather is warmer. It is very light and doesn't incumber movement. It is a fitted jacket so you may want to order a slightly larger size than normal. I highly recommend this jacket.

My son-in-law picked this out and thought it was the perfect weight for his needs as he goes to lots of sporting events.

My husband is delighted with having this jacket. He has worn it on days when I don't think it is warm enough. He says because it is wind proof, he is comfortable and warm.

I am a woman and I bought this jacket to keep me dry when I am out kayaking in the Adirondacks and a sudden storm comes up. It is everything I wanted. It blocks the wind wonderfully. I can't tell you about the rainproof because we haven't had rain in five weeks. I am 5'3"and 112 pounds and size small fits great thrown over my PFD. The sleeves are long, which is what I want to cover my hands. The Sapphire color is spectacular. I am very happy with the secure Velcro closures on the pockets. They are hard to open, but I am quite sure that whatever I store in there will stay dry, unless I tip over my kayak, and even then maybe. I don't like to wear heavy clothing and this jacket is so comfortably light. I can't wait to try it in the rain.
