I choose this in a men's small for my niece as there was no equivalent ( length, color choice) in women's. She loves it, says "it is now fun to walk the dog on inclement days! "

I have had many Rain Jackets over the years. This is the Best one I have ever worn. Light weight but really does the job. Wore it in a heavy rainstorm the other day and it really kept me dry. L L Bean always has the best quality.

Great fit. True to the size. Comfortable and allows for movement.

Love that this coat not only keeps you dry, but it doesn't overhead you when it's on either. We wore in Florida during downpours and it was just what we needed. Also, I can't stress enough how awesome it is that the jacket folds into its own pocket for easy packing and travel. Great jacket.

This is an excellent rain jacket at an affordable price.

Ordered one size larger, because it has to fit over other garments. That was a mistake, I will try to exchange it.

Excellent raincoat for my Summer showers in the South. I had one of these for years but accidentally left it on my chair at a restaurant. Could not recognize this jacket on the LLBean website, so I ordered something I hoped was just about the same thing from Carhart but man was that thing hot. I studied harder on the LLBean site and found the rain jacket I love. So glad they still make and sell it.

Lost one from 2 years ago bought another it sheds rain

This replaces lost LLBean rain jacket that was still going strong after 20+ years. Description reads "slightly fitted, Best with lightweight layer" so up-sized for a looser fit. 6'2" 260 XXXL TALL. Just right fit - Comfortable, classic style.

My husband got this for his damp golf games--easily packable in his golf bag and definitely keeps him dry. This is a versatile rain jacket--also great for traveling.

Great jacket, comfortable, protects against wind and rain

I bought this jacket for a trip to Scotland and it was great. It kept me dry in pouring rain and was also great as a wind breaker. This jacket breathes some you don't get hot. This is a great all around jacket.

I haven't worn this jacket yet because my area is in a severe drought. However, I have a black one I have worn for years. These jackets keep you dry. Excellent quality, long lasting and well made.
