This jacket is light and fits well. One day after receiving this rain jacket, it poured. Excellent opportunity to test it and it passed. Extremely happy!

I purchased and men's and a woman's Trail Model Rain Jacket for a trip to Europe. The jacket was easy to pack, lightweight, and had plenty of pockets. We wore them on a very windy and rainy day in Bayona, Spain. It was so rainy that our pants and shoes were soaking wet. The jacket kept everything under it dry. This was a good purchase for us. I especially like the sapphire blue color which was easy to spot in a crowd.

I bought it as a replacement to another "highly" rated rain jacket that wasn't. It is vastly superior to the previous "rain proof" jacket. The jacket works like a charm. I also bought a size larger than I usually take so I can fit a fleece sweat jacket underneath to keep me warm. Once again LL Bean's clothing beats out the competition.

I needed a lightweight jacket that repels water while remaining cool inside. I live in WA State where it rains often, and find past jackets were not breathable. I am 6'2 and 250 lbs and the 2x Tall fits perfectly. I have room under it for my midweight jacket if it's cold outside. I recommend this rain jacket, it is quality made at a bargin price.

Kept me dry in the downpour! I like that the hood extends a bit in front so it kept my glasses dry, too, without needing a separate cap!

I have had many Rain Jackets over the years. This is the Best one I have ever worn. Light weight but really does the job. Wore it in a heavy rainstorm the other day and it really kept me dry. L L Bean always has the best quality.

Love that this coat not only keeps you dry, but it doesn't overhead you when it's on either. We wore in Florida during downpours and it was just what we needed. Also, I can't stress enough how awesome it is that the jacket folds into its own pocket for easy packing and travel. Great jacket.

Excellent raincoat for my Summer showers in the South. I had one of these for years but accidentally left it on my chair at a restaurant. Could not recognize this jacket on the LLBean website, so I ordered something I hoped was just about the same thing from Carhart but man was that thing hot. I studied harder on the LLBean site and found the rain jacket I love. So glad they still make and sell it.
