A great lightweight rain coat. Cuffs have adjustable Velcro. I really like the light blue color.

This is a highly effective and stylish windbreaker/ rain jacket. I have not had a chance to use it extensively yet, but am impressed with its ability to shed heavy and prolonged rainfall and look good doing it. Having owned many garments with a Gore Tex membrane, I believe that the proof of the clothing is in the seams and execution of the layers. This one appears to be a winner for sure. I am looking forward to many years of use.

Friend loves the rain jacket. He delivers my gas at home and it was pouring rain when he came. He saw my jacket and asked me to order one for him. He loves it.

This is my husband's second Trail Model Rain Jacket; I have one as well. It's light-weight, well-made, and absolutely waterproof. We have worn our jackets literally around the world. Unfortunately, his 18 year old jacket started to fray around the neckline, so I bought him a new one. My 12 year old jacket is in great shape.

This is a great jacket. I've been wearing it as a shell over a fleece for running during the winter. I wish it had enough reflective decoration that I didn't have to wear a vest in the dark, but that's not really what it was made for. It's kept me dry and warm for a reasonable price, which is more than I can ask.

Love this raincoat I've had several thru the.years, but I miss the traditional yellow ,! I hope you bring it back soon

Purchased this for my nephew in California. He loved it. Fit was perfect, was happy with the grey color, and liked that it was lightweight. He camps during the summers in NYS, and thought it would be perfect for that too.

I ordered the men's Trail Model Rain Jacket because I needed a lightweight rain coat in a visible color that was light and breathable for hiking. I ordered this jacket in red. It is a great color and a perfect fit, and I have loved getting outside in it.

I went to the L.L. Bean store looking for a water-proof outer layer to wear on my daily 90-minute walks during the winter months. I wanted something that would keep the snow from accumulating and melting and getting under layers wet. Also, I wanted that outer layer to provide some protection from the wind. This jacket is exactly what I needed. We've had many snowy, windy days this winter and it has performed just as I needed it to.

I had to return an extra large which was too small for an ex ex L and that fit really well.

This vest is very warm and is very light and comfortable. Haven't worn it a lot at this time, but I really like it.

This product is really well made. I like the adjustments that can be made ie, both the hood and waist have a draw cord and the wrists have velcro strips. The material is comfortable and pliable but waterproof. It is lightweight and can be worn over a long sleeve shirt or even an additional layer. I might order a second color in case this product is ever discontinued.

This is a well made rain jacket. The fit is a little on the small side so I ordered the next size up so I can add additional layers when camping or hiking. In addition I purchased the long to get the added coverage due to spending a lot of time outdoors. The regular length would be fine if you're running errands or taking a walk. This jacket will keep you dry.

I did have one chance to wear the rain jacket recently and it worked great. It fit nicely and kept the rain out plus I like the way it looks and hangs.

Won't buy another brand or style after I bought this one! Today I took a 5 mike walk in the rain as I walk every day. This kept me dry ( even my butt). The inside was cool to touch my hand to, BUT not wet! I would rather walk in the rain with this, than carry an umbrella. Keeps the heat in too!

This was exactly the jacket I was looking for when I found it at L.L. Bean. It is light weight and perfect for summer use and is roomy enough to wear over sweaters for fall and early spring use.

I just bought this jacket in black to replace a 15-yr old LLBean 'GoreTex' jacket very similar which I seem to have just misplaced somewhere. I like Bean because many men's jackets are too short for my arms and torso, even if they fit my chest and shoulders properly. LL Bean has the 'Tall' option, which allows me to buy the correct fit. The new replacement is technically not GoreTex, it's Bean's own proprietary version of it. It's built the same, with breathable vents everywhere, a good snorkel hood, barrel-cinching elastic closures to tighten it up against wind and water, and both zipper and Velcro closures in front, nice long sleeves, and a sharp cut to it, giving a nice modern look. I live in southwest FL where it rains buckets every day in summer, but you don't want anything hot on you. It's got to be waterproof and breathe. This is it. When my older one reappears around the house, hey, I'll have two.

This rain jacket is exactly as described. It breathes & keeps you dry & comfortable. Highly recommend
