Was a Christmas gift he hasn't taken it off since! Very happy with fit, warmth, and weight.

I bought this coat a month ago and I love it. Warmest coat I have ever had and the fit is perfect.

I purchased this coat during a sub zero week in Ohio, when a lighter weight LL Bean jacket couldn't keep me warm. The day this coat arrived it was-2, I put it on went for a walk and could not have been more comfortable.

I love it. It's been a long cold winter and this parka has been a most satisfactory purchase

Nice parka. I wear with a fleece and down vest in midwest damp cold (5 degree and colder with significant wind chill) to walk dog in open areas where the wind hits you and I am comfortable. Parka has good coverage. Good navy color. I consider it a medium weight parka in terms of down. LL Bean offer both heavier and lighter weight down jackets and parkas. This weight provides versatility for a wide range of temperatures and wind, depending on your layering. Has the basic features and is not heavy. I wish the hood had an adjustment for its height as the brim falls into my eyes. One nice feature not mentioned by LL Bean is that each hand pocket has a second pocket under it with a zippered opening. All in all, a nice, versatile and comfortable parka. I am 6'2", ~200lbs with 35/36 sleeve and Large Tall fits. The mid section is neither too wide nor too slim. My parka came without any hang tags and with a white residue under the inside seam of one arm which concerns me as I wonder whether the parka was worn and returned, refurbished (resulting is loss of down) or somewhat irregular.

This is my go to puffer coat for winter. Plenty of room for layering clothes underneath without it being too big.

Warmest coat I've worn. Great for extreme cold but can be worn on days when the weather is not so severe. Super warm without feeling bulky or heavy. I don't like to drive with a coat due to the bulkiness but I don't mind wearing this coat when I drive. Only improvement would be a chest pocket on the outside of the coat.

This Mountain Classic Down Parka is Great to keep me warm when it gets really cold. The pockets have great insulation to keep my hands warm. And it is nice and light weight. With a beanie under the hood, a flannel shirt, and some flannel lined jeans, I stay mighty toasty! Thanks L.L. Bean!

My husband is 6'2 and the tall fits him well. This coat is warm and nice looking to go out socially and to work in the very cold.

This coat is wonderful because of the length,warmth in all conditions and lightweight at the same time. I bought my husband a large tall and he is 6' 2 and it fits him perfect. He normally wears a regular extra large because he needs more arm length so decided to try the tall

This parka replaced my husband's 20+ year old parka. He absolutely loves it! It is well made, warm, and light.

I bought this to replace a jacket with a very tight liner. The inside of the sleeves are very smooth and should be much easier to slide over long sleeves. I'm 6'3" and 220 lbs and XLT fits well.my only concern is that it is difficult to reattach the hood once removed. I'm very pleased overall and it's definitely high quality.
