Love the jacket. Could have a bit more room around the mid section though.

It feels and looks like quality LLBean gear. Just right for those 40 degree morns.

Everything about this fleece is just what I need. I just wish you didn't insist on displaying your logo in such a prominent position.

We love all the LLBean's fleece, the the ones made years ago were the best, sadly they are not made anymore. This jacket fit well & I finally got a full zip on my husband. BUT, the side draw-strings on the right PULLED OUT!! I don't feel I have to correct/re-stitch a product after wearing 4 times & at this price. It's not a good advertisement. I will order another one & return this one, when we can get to a LLBean shop. I'm afraid returning by mail will not get the attention it needs.

Good product but there is no elastic on the sleeves so the description is inaccurate.

I bought this item for a friend who lives in Washington not far from the Canadian border. He was very happy to receive it. Said it fit great. He said he was going to make sure he didn't spill any coffee on the front of it.

Very comfortable, and I love how it looks. As soon as I tried it on the elastic band at the bottom of the jacket snapped of... but overall a nice jacket.

I was loving my first of this wonderful fleece when the elastic draw string came disconnected from it's inner front left. L.L.Bean customer service was great!! Sent the replacement and I had it in 2 days!! The return was super easy too. Love the value of a brand that really proves the guarantee!

Very comfortable When weather is cold I ware it daily.

Substantial jacket for the money. It is cozy and warm. Orange zips give it a bit more style.

This was purchased as a gift. The style, fit and comfort are perfect. It does seem lighter-weight than previous LLBean fleece jackets we have purchased. Only time will tell how well this item holds up. For now, though, everything seems perfect.

I like this fleece jacket a lot but, be forewarned, it runs quite large (at least the one I received did). I wear a large in everything llBean but the large in this particular jacket was significantly too big, including the cuffs coming down to my knuckles. I got the the hickory color which is very nice. I was concerned it might look a bit rust-colored, which I dislike, and it wasn't at all.

I bought one like this several years ago and loved it. This one is ok but not as nice. It is missing the vertical zip pocket parallel to the zipper. Furthermore, the fleece is not as heavy weight and doesn't offer the same warmth. Still it is ok for early fall and early spring; I'll have to look elsewhere for a winter weight.

Good quality as usual and light and functional.

Mostly good, but I miss the chest pocket, considering a return for the other option.

Great jacket. I was hoping for a thicker fleese as this one is on the thinner side. The sleeves are long for me but ai was expecting that. I have been wearing the jacket a lot and really like it.

Well-made fleece garment. Fit and finish are well-done. Zippers work perfectly. Nice, muted color. I object to the advertising patch on the breast. Sleeves a bit too long. Goes well under a shell for warmth on cold days. Bottom draw-string can be pulled in to keep out cold air.

Purchased the black and agree with with one of the previous reviews that the color isn't true black, more of a dark charcoal with dark green undertones. Also, agree with some other reviewers that the logo is a bit much. Hasn't been worn much yet so can't comment on the pilling/shedding issues.

Love the color of this fleece. It's cut fairly slim so it seems a bit snug. But the XL would probably be way too big. Overall, it's very nice and husband will get a lot of wear out of it.

This has become my first choice for cool (40 deg or more) weather. It looks good, is very comfortable, and has some nice details. The fabric is on the light side (as expected) and is too tight for colder weather layering over a bulky shirt or sweater. A few quibbles: It does not have a smart-phone pocket; very annoying, can't figure why it was omitted. I agree with other reviews that the large colorful LLBean logo is tacky. I don't like to be a walking billboard even for a good company; something more subtle would be better. And, finally, black is not black for this fleece, it is a dark gray on the warm side of neutral. May not match your black pants, if that's an issue for you.

The fleece is a good weight and almost as good as the old Polartec 200 fleece that apparently is not available any longer. Nice touch with the zipper pull boot lace accents. I also really like that the hem can be sealed off with the drawcord. Nice touch. My only beef is that this jacket is now "slightly fitted" which means it's great for layering under a shell but not so great over a heavy shirt.
