First time buying this item. Hope I have the same great success with this as I do with everything else that I buy from L.L.Bean...

This fleece is perfect on those cool days in autumn and spring. It's light weight but keeps me comfortable. I ordered it in XL and at 5'9", 185 lbs it fits great! Ample room in the chest and shoulders. Very nice to throw on after a long kayak paddle. I definitely recommend this jacket!

This is a perfect outer layer for those in-between days. I felt a bit guilty ordering this, because I have enough jackets and coats in the closet. But since opening the package it has been my outer layer of choice this fall. Plenty of warmth in these 40's - 50's days. Comfortable - looks good. And I love having a fleece with full zip. Thanks!

I really do like this jacket, it fits great, feels good and I really make L.L.Bean look good well wearing it....

I was looking for a substitute to a pullover fleece to where around the house (as well as outside) when the temperature drops. This has been perfect as it offers more flexibility by having a zipper. I also use it as an inside layer to my LL Bean ski jacket. Only downside is that is doesn't look as nice as compared to a pullover fleece when worn inside at a restaurant, for example.

You may call this the Mountain Classic Fleece Jacket; but, to me is my Perfect Classic Fleece Jacket. I purchased the jacket in grey, size large. The color goes well with most of my dockers and shirts. It is the correct weight for these cool days we are experiencing here in southern RI. I would recommend this jacket.

I am 6'0 and 190 lbs. The medium fits well for me in sleeve length and is a bit snug to the torso but not tight. I tried on a large which also fit okay, just a little baggier. I wear these with a t shirt or light flannel under and it fits well. It's soft and warm. The zippers seem to be durable. I haven't washed it yet so I can't speak on how it ages.

I ordered this jacket in women's too. The zippered pockets are great. nice high collar to keep your neck warm and you can zip it up all the way without choking yourself! Feels like pajamas. I can't wait until it's cold enough to wear it.

Great item with one problem - the arm length is 3 inches too long for me.

Normal and decent jacket. Nice fit. However dislike that llbean has a minimum of what I need to write for review.

The fleece jacket is a little thin and not as warm as other Bean fleece jackets I have bought.

Overall it's a good fleece jacket. LLBean keeps better fleece quality compared with other fleece jacket retailers where the fabric is weaker due to inclusion of cotton: peels quickly, gets wrinkled, looses its shape, and not as warm as the stronger polartec fleece fabric.

Seems to be "tapered" at the waist and hugs my belly... Other than that I believe it is a great jacket for light cold weather. I returned mine, because it felt snug.

Very warm and perfect fit. Glad jacket comes in tall.

As a tall (59) woman I appreciate the longer sleeves in the mens S jackets! The color is beautiful; the jacket is roomy and layers well over my base layers. (This is my second, I also have the grey which I ALWAYS take when I travel!)

I like the fit and comfort of my jacket. I don't recommend the jacket for windy conditions. There is no lining to protect from the wind.

The jacket isn't quite large enough for me. I'm going to keep the jacket, but also order a 3X.

Lightweight and warm. Great for fall and spring weather.

Good quality like always with LLBean product. I found this fleece to run a little small, sleeves were a little short as well.

Nice for what it is. Wish more colors were avaialble, such as a lighter gray.

Like this fleece jacket the only issue I have is that the sleeves are tight. When I have a shirt underneath I feel a bit of restricted movement. The warmth is great.

It is warm and comfortable. I haven't had any extreme event to qualify the fleece for 5 stars as of yet but it may. I am very happy with the fleece up to this point.

Was a very short jacket, I'm 6' and I ordered a large, I should've ordered a tall, it was so short my wife and I both thought it was a woman's jacket.

Its a lovely jacket just make sure you wash before wearing there is a lot of lint on it.

Love the jacket's warmth and fit! The 2 things keeping me from giving it 5 stars is first the zipper keeps getting stuck in the material, and second I would've preferred a blacker black color. It's actually more of a charcoal or battleship gray!
