Purchased for my elderly father who needs an extra cold weather layer in the house or under a jacket outdoors. This vest fits the bill on both counts, not really heavy enough by itself for cold days but an excellent layering piece. I'm particularly impressed with the construction quality including little features like the slight fold-over at the R top neckline which helps protect both neck & the zipper pull when fully zipped up. Although there were shipping problems that originated at Bean's with the holiday rush, customer service stepped in & resolved everything for which they deserve all praise: mistakes happen everywhere & it's a testament to Bean's as a business that their customer service are as kind, efficient & caring as one could wish. Bravo on all counts with this vest!

Love this fleece vest. It's just right to throw on indoors for our coolish temperatures upon awakening. And also perfect for an extra layer of trunk warmth under a jacket for a winter walk.

This is a very fine fleece vest. There really isn't much else to say about it other than it is exactly as described and expected. Fits well, looks good, is comfortable to wear. Zippers are good quality. The boot-lace ties on the zippers are a nice touch.

I got this for my husband. Fits true to size. Good, soft fleece material, not scratchy. My husband wears it inside the house when the weather gets colder and it's perfect for him. Better than the women's version that I got 2 years ago.
