This is a replacement for one I have had for over 20 years. L.L. Bean clothing lasts an incredibly long time. It might run a little large, but I have not yet worn it over a sweater.

Nothing beats the comfort and quality of an llbean fleece vest for a touch of warmth on a cool fall day, or layering up during the bitter NY winter months. The fit is perfect and it washes/dries beautifully - remember to zip it up and turn it inside out for the washing machine.

I bought this fleece vest when the women's didn't have colors or fits that felt comfortable to me. This was exactly right for me! Great material, well made and comfortable sizing. I'm 5'6"/135lbs and it allows room for a sweater or thicker shirt underneath without being tight.

This vest is well made, looks great and fits well. The material is a very soft fleece, and looks like it costs double the price. I haven't washed it yet, but I've learned that to maintain the exterior look of fleece, one must wash it in cold water and inside out. I think this vest is a true value, given the fit, styling, and material.

This is a replacement for one that is well worn and too large since I lost weight. I love this vest because it makes a good layer under my rain coat.

This vest is perfect! Easily dresses up any outfit while giving you a warm hug.

Fit is as described. I'm 5'10", 180 pounds and the medium is perfect. Very comfortable. I live in NH and it's warm enough for these fall temperatures outside, but I also wear it inside on chilly nights to limit turning up the thermostat. Well made. Very satisfied with this purchase.
