I like the simple good looks of this jacket and it is made of high quality materials at a fair price just what you expect form LL Bean.

This is the third time we've purchased this jacket. They hold up well. They look very good. They last at least ten years without looking worn.

A great jacket for the price and very warm for the light weight of the all weather jacket.

This jacket is beautiful and very well made. It is the second one just like it that we have purchased in the last several years. We are replacing the first one because the zipper gave out, but this happens on a lot of jackets when they are worn for years. I would certainly recommend the jacket as a good value, well fitting, and very handsome.

Great for temperatures 20-45 degrees

i had been looking for a replacement for my 3 season LLB coat and this is it. So i bought 3 as two were on sale - brown and two blue colors - they are perfect good for very cold to not so cold and waterproof!

This was my husband's fifth warm-up jacket in the last thirty-five years. Each year, the fit is perfect - he's gone from a large to an extra-large in the last two jackets but it's not the sizing of the jacket that's changed - it's his sizing that's gone up a bit! It's still looks very nice on him. The jackets are the perfect weight for him. We live in Southern NH but he's a warm-blooded guy and finds these to be the perfect weight for him, whether he's working around the yard or he's going to shop. He never wears a sweater under his jacket, although he has room. He just never gets very cold. I personally think he may be a bit numb. :) When I say that his jacket needs replacing, he always protests, but when he gets his new one, he saves it to wear for "best" and continues to wear his older one for working around the yard and shoveling. If I don't remind him, he'd still wear it for those occasions when a newer jacket is called for. The quality, wear and fit of these jackets has not changed a single bit since he got his first one thirty-five years ago. Only LL Bean could make a garment that hasn't changed in any way in thirty-five years! The only thing that changes is some of the colors offered but the old stand-bys are always available! The jackets have washed beautifully from the first one we bought to the present new one. We have a few other clothes we buy from Bean that that retain the same quality, fit and style same year after year. LLBean seems to know that if something is selling well, don't change it. I honestly don't know of a single other company that I can come back to, year after year, and find my favorite garment is still as well made as it was years ago. Thank you, LL Bean!

Good quality. Too warm for above 40 degrees (except in strong wind), but would not use near 0 with any wind, either, without layering. Works well in cold, rainy, windy days in the Northwest (20-40 degrees).

I've been wearing these coats for more years than I can remember. Great fit, Warm yet not heavy, sheds water, easy to clean the outside , heavy duty zippers , deep pockets and the elastic on the sleeves is just right.The collar is soft against my neck and with the main zipper full up - it protects the neck just fine. I've worn these in all kinds of weather and it is my favorite in snow storms. I got this one to have a different color. These coats could well outlast me.

My husband loves this jacket! We live in an area that is always windy when cold in the winter. This is the perfect jacket for him when he walks the dog or during trips. The fleece around his neck is great.

good quality,warm for around 32f for walk for 10 min,light jacket,that i just need going from te car to the store,or gas station..

I got this as a replacement for the original one that my wife bought me as a present. That was around 10 years ago. The only reason I replaced the original is that the main zipper pull broke. I wore it almost every day from late fall to early spring. In the winter just put on an extra layer. The fit is perfect. When new the outer shell is somewhat crinkley and makes some noise. After a few washes it gets softer. The great thing is that it wears like iron. I see no wear in the elbows or anywhere else after 10 years and It never had a tear. It's also stain resistant. Just throw it in the washer and dryer and it comes out like new. The lining and pockets also never wore out. The only issue I ever had was that the knit cuffs occasionally would catch on the zipper of a side pocket. My wife sewed up some loose threads and it was as good as new. Highly recommended.

This jacket is light weight but nice and warm and wind resistant, not to mention stylishly sporty looking.Best of all it was available in Large Tall so it fit properly. All of the "big and tall" shops start at XL Tall so the clothing hangs off of me. I thought it was well worth the price.

what a great jacket, really keeps me warm, weather has been as low as 25 degrees, but i know I can layer if it gets colder.Quality well made, nice sturdy zippers.
