Way too small. Make sure you order a full size bigger.

I ordered a larger size due to comments but was way too large also had a spot on them when i go them

very disappointed - I decided to try a different ON shoe instead of my go-to (I'm on my 3rd pair) and this one just was very small in length.

The color was a bit strange a greenish white. I have other ON shoes that I love, these didn't feel comfortable for my feet.

I have another type of On shoes but these are different. I am unsure if they are too small or if my legs are tired from working seven 12hr shifts this week... but these shoes are killing my ankles. My toes do not touch the front of the shoe so I am unsure why this is happening. I wear a 8 in ALL sneakers (Nike, On, Brooks, Hokas, etc.) so honestly wondering if this is a bad batch.... Sadly, returning. They are so cute in person, though.

Never got the package

I’m so sad and disappointed. It is too small. I checked the size guide and order the same centimeters usually buy and yet it doesn’t fit. It is too arched that no matter is is my size it is too small. I can’t even return the shoes because I had them shipped to my country after it was delivered. So now I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit and I can’t return.

I recently purchased these a size up as indicated in the description. So I did. They were too small so I returned them and went a whole size up. Now the new pair fit weird and big in some areas around the width area. They are not as flattering and comfortable around the width of the toes as the smaller size, can’t win. I will be returning this new pair.

I ordered 1/2 a size up as recommended, but they were still very small. You need to get a whole size up. I’m disappointed because now they don’t have the size I need.

I wear On Cloud all the time—these were not like the others—not comfortable and small for the size. Also, the pair I received had definitely been returned previously.

Wat too small. 2nd time I've ordered these shoes and returned them. Their sizing is all wrong.

Absolutely thee worst shoe I’ve ever ever purchased. Narrow and so uncomfortable. Rubber toe piece that was some idiots idea to put on digs into ur big toe-can’t wear any socks as they’re 1/2 smaller than any other 8.5 I’ve ever worn. How narrow does a foot need to be to wear this junk? I’ve talked 37 people out of buying these and I’m not done. No one will make the same mistake as me on this one.

The two shoes of the "pair" were very different in size and actual appearance. Manufacturing inconsistencies were visible - the rubber caps at the toe were positioned differently, the strip of material across the top of the shoe at the base of the laces was not the same and the width of the shoes were very different between the two. There was a lot more fabric across the left shoe from after the arch to the front of the shoe, making that shoe much wider in fit. I have a few OC shoes and they are the best. Time for new ones and this is what happened. I also ordered two other pairs and they were much wider than other OC.

Really just thought they were the most uncomfortable shoes. Nothing compared to my onCloud Novas

I have always worn an 8.5 in OC shoes. These felt large and "squeaked" loudly (!!) when I walked on hard floors. Going back.

These hurt my feet terribly. I was so disappointed because I’ve heard so many wonderful things about this brand.

Way too small

I clearly ordered a 9M and received a 9W

I went up a full size and they were still very tight. I love how they look but the support is need on the ball of my foot was not there. I will be returning these shoes.

I loved these at first bc they are so comfy, but they have worn so terribly. I have not had them more than a month and they started ripping on the heal, now it’s been two months and the toe area is ripping. When spending that much on shoes you expect them to be quality, these are not. I would suggest spending you money on a different brand that will actually hold up.

Very uncomfortable! I gave them to goodwill. Do not waste your money.

Overall, these shoes are NOT made of good quality materials. They were fairly comfortable and cute but after wearing once per week for only 2 months, the fabric started to fray terribly and the logo started to peel off. Definitely not what I would expect for this price. I would not purchase these again.
