I have plantar fasciitis and bunions. I work in a hospital. This shoe is too soft and not supportive enough for my feet.

I normally wear an 8.5 in regular shoes and a 9.5 in athletic shoes. I ordered a 9 in these based on reviews, and it was about a half size too small. Had to return. The delivery took over a week as well. Unfortunately the previous excellent service from Zappos is no more.

The fit just wasn’t for me!!

The size was a full size too small and felt narrow through the midfoot and forefoot.

Fit was good, nice wide toe box but definitely lacked arch support for my high arches. I had high hopes for these but I will be returning

I usually wear 6.5 would go half size bigger

They were wider than my previous on clouds do my foot hit my pressure points more. Hoping done I woke help because I love the style. A little smaller in length than anticipated

In an athletic shoe I usually go up 1/2 a size to a 9 1/2, but in these I needed a full size larger and the 10 was the perfect size. It runs narrow-ish. They felt comfortable; however, I returned them because they are poorly made. For example the tongue has a thin itchy fabric poorly sewn on with the stitches directly rubbing against my ankle. There’s no padding. I’ve never seen this on an athletic shoe before. It’s as if they missed a step in production. If I’m paying this price for athletic shoes, they should meet basic standards of design and manufacturing.

Rarely wore these but the fabric started tearing on the shoe after about 4-5 wears.

These did not work for me. I didn't feel like I had much cushion so I sent back.

The heel of the shoe is hard with very little cushion.

Runs small. I ordered my usual size in this brand and this particular style runs short and has a shallow toe box. Toes felt cramped. Disappointed in the fit. Returned.

I wore around the house for an hour, my heels hurt and the shoes squeak when walking. I ordered one size and 8 if comfortable might have needed and 8.5 When I ordered I thought was ordering an Hoka show. My bad.

I typically wear a shoe in a size 8. In walking/running shoes, I order 8 1/2. These shoes that are size 8 1/2 run small. Feel like my toes are touching the end of the shoe; most uncomfortable. I wish I had sent them back before I wore them outdoors. Disappointed.

Definitely not a true 9.5. Way too small.

I love OC shoes and was looking forward to getting these. Unfortunately I had to return them as they were too small. I ordered a 9 and needed a 9 1/2. Planning to reorder

This sneaker was way smaller then a typical 9. My toe was right up against the end and if also fit very narrow.

Broke my heel a few years ago. These shoes make it feel like my heel is broken again. The soles are so hard, both heels bother me, and the one I had broken feels like needles are piercing my heel. They are the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I didn’t wear them soon enough to return them, so they are expensive dust collectors in my closet.

I had wanted to try ON sneakers for some time after reading reviews. While I liked the style of the sneaker I was disappointed overall. They run very small - I am a true size 6.5 and ordered a 7 and my toes hit the end of the toe box. I would need size 7.5 - a whole size larger. Width-wise they were fine - I do have narrow feet though. Comfort-wise: I did NOT find these comfortable at all. These have no cushion - it’s like walking on a hard surface. My Rag & Bone and Adidas boost sneakers are more comfortable. I would need to change out the insole to try and make them somewhat comfortable. I don’t understand what the hype is about this brand of sneaker. Maybe a different style would be more comfortable?
