The shoe ran about a half size smaller! I didn’t really like the style of this shoe!

My wifes toes were very smashed and the width infrint was very narrow

These were very uncomfortable. I wear a 7 and started with a 7.5, as recommended here. They pinched my toes and were tight; my feet hurt most of the evening after wearing them in my family room for about an hour. I exchanged for an 8 but had the same experience. There was also something very hard and stuff under the ball of my foot which also caused pain. These aren’t the shoe for me. They seem well made, but are super noisy on hard floors.

Runs small, size up a size.

I expected more support and cushion.

I’ve tried on multiple versions of OnCloud and the size 7 has fit perfectly. . .except the Cloudvista. I was really hoping these would be my new workout and walking shoe. The cushion was great but just too snug in the toe box. I didn’t have time to size up so I ultimately chose the basic OnCloud 5 which are very cute and I could wear them to the gym but doubtful they’d be good for a walk longer than a couple of miles.

I saw my friend wearing the ON tennies and thought they looked good and would try this brand for a change. I usually wear Brooks or NB as I require a wide toe box but decided to venture out on a new brand to me. First of all, I had to get a half size bigger as suggested when ordering. This made them look like two tone blue skiis when i tried them on. The toe area was very smooth with the cardboard in/when removed it was wrinkled and toe area was pointy and just looked funny when on. The rubber tips on the soles felt too much, like I could feel the tips when walking on them. Overall, a fail for me. So I returned and got Brooks again. Even though the stock was low I ordered some that were not that cute (ok really not cute) but I just got tired of wasting time looking for shoes. But at least I know they will fit and can use them for walking the neighborhood even though they are not cute..:(

I was hoping this model of On Cloud would double as a workout and walking shoe but this model is definitely too small. It’s strange because two other models of On Cloud in my size fit just fine. I’m just worried if I go up another half size, they’ll be too big. In any event, I really liked the cushioning in the toe box which was why I was hoping they’d fit. I’ve read lots of reviews, but I find all the different versions of On Cloud really quite confusing.

I normally wear a 7.5 or 8M and these were very narrow and shorter than expected. Love the look though.

This shoes fell apart just a few months after purchasing. Very thin too. Nice looking but that’s about it.

Narrow toe box. Ordered half size up and still did not fit. Could feel the shoe pressing into my big toe nails.

I wear an 8 1/2 ordered a 9 fit was good. My foot is a little narrow so the shoe was a little wide for my foot. For me the shoe felt like it had no cushion.

Love my shoe, they are very fitted on my foot, causing a little discomfort, I would love another pair but in a size 9 if possible

I just got my new OC Cloudvista, but a bit disappointed, I thought they were going to have a little of bit more cushion, not too much just a bit more because I have an old injury in my heel, that’s why I love my Nimbus by ASICS, I just wanted something new, different. Reading reviews, I purchased size 7 and 1/2 perfect for me, I regularly wear 7, color ok (black/glacier) the only complaint is that my pair are all wrinkle on the upper front white material of sneaker, don’t like how wrinkle they are, I wonder if they will wrinkle more with used, or they were previously returned, who knows? I think I will return them, I expected better quality :(

Cute shoe. Went with Zappo suggestion to increase size by half, which was perfect. However, the shoe was not comfortable for me. The sole was hard and, as others have said, loud. Clomping and squeaking if walking on hard surface. I am looking for an everyday shoe, so this style would not suit. Very lightweight, which was good.

These feel very cheesy compared to my last four pairs of On Cloud, and I am returning them and am disapointed. Material feels less substantial than all previous pairs. Has OnCloud lost its vision?

I had high hopes for these based on reviews. Unfortunately, I could feel the bottoms through the foot pad, so there wasn't much padding.

This is my 3rd pair of On. These particular shoes run super small. I normally wear a size 8, my other clouds are 8.5 so that is what I ordered and they were very tight. I had to exchange them for a size 9. Definitely go up a full size in these.

Reordered full size bigger than normal, but still more narrow in the toe than I like. And no arch support. Sad, because I love the style.

Material was thin, felt too much of unpaved ground on my feet.

I liked the look of the shoe. They seemed like a whole size smaller than expected for my size in length. They felt like they would be comfortable, given the proper size. I would have exchanged them for a larger size, except the construction did not strike me as that of a $150 shoe, that would hold up well to wear. I could be wrong, but I did not want to take the chance.

I am a veterinary nurse and I’m on my feet for at least 12-15 hours a day. I am always searching for the best most comfortable and supportive shoes. My go tos have always been new balance or Skechers. As I get older, i feel like I need more/different support. My daughter who is also a veterinary nurse loves her clouds. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel the same way. I really wanted to like these, but the part that goes across the top of my foot and the thin tongue was too tight or too loose depending on how they were tied and rubbed too much. I liked the bounciness when I walked. I returned them to try a pair of Hokas since many of my coworkers wear them.

The tongue of the shoe is too thin causing the top of my foot pain.
