I don't know what happened, but I was sent a used pair of shoes - no original packaging and no laces. Zappos is normally excellent, but this was a big miss.

This was the worst sneaker i have ever worn! I have never had blisters so bad. Very disappointed

My husband ordered 2 of the same size On Cloud shoes. This pair was significantly smaller than the other size 10.5. He said it felt like an 8.5! Maybe it was not properly sized?

Very stiff and uncomfortable.

Once you figure out the sizing on these shoes they fit fine. The ON site states to order your normal size but they were too short and I had to exchange for 1/2 larger. That being said, I can't wear these after 6 weeks these irritated my plantar fasciitis and my foot Dr told me to stop wearing this brand even with the proper orthotic. So someone at Goodwill got a very expensive pair of shoes. Sorry can't recommend.

The fit is very small, I normally wear a size 10 in Nike but even an 11 in On Cloud is too small

Could not even put my foot into the shoes. They were way too small. Ordered Men’s 10.5 received 10, possibly even women’s size 10 cause my foot would not even go halfway into the shoe.

I ordered 10.5 I received 10. Would not even go on my foot. Quality control much. Re ordered 11 hopefully I actually receive what I ordered this time.

I bought these in hopes of having new work shoes that were waterproof and lightweight. They are comfortable but after the first rainfall, they now squeak when I walk and I cannot handle it! Great style, great comfort, awful noise.
