Many people said they ran small, but o found them to be slightly large. I wanted to love them, but the heels slipped. The style wasn’t as flattering as I’d have liked. Looks better in photos.

I ordered my normal size (in every shoe I own I wear a 6.5) and a 1/2 size up. The 6.5 hugged the top of my foot and was too tight - if only the laces had been a little longer in order to adjust the fit. The 7 was fine an was not tight on the top of my foot, but was too large length wise and bent up on the end of my foot if I tried to walk. These did run more true to size than the cloudsurfer which was way too tight, even in the 1/2 size up. I loved the look, but these are just not going to work for my foot. I own Nike, New Balance, Asics, Mizuno, Toms, Converse in tennis shoes and they are all a 6.5- for reference.

Disappointing! Runs very large and not supportive

I bought a pair of Cloud 6 already and thought getting the waterproof would be a good addition. The waterproofing part is great but the shoes give me no arch support. Since they are waterproof, I find my feet sweating more than usual. I still have them but I won't buy another waterproof shoes from this brand.

Though shoes are light in weight, design is not that great. Shoe rubbed against the ankle while walking.

The shoe tongue was wrinkled. And after looking more closely at the images, that’s the design? I can’t keep these because they don’t look great with the wrinkle.

The fit was OK but the crease over the toes really cut into my toes making them very uncomfortable. I have a pair of ON that are not waterproof and I did not experience this crease. Wondering if it is due to the material.

Nice looking, comfortable but absolutely NOT waterproof. Played golf in them on a damp day…no big puddles but the grass was wet. After nine holes my socks were soaked, and the shoes were stained. Tried to use mild dish soap to wash them to no avail. Very disappointed.

too small need my arch supports and I need tie shoes

I don’t recommend these if you’re looking for a slip on. I’m thankful they came with laces, but I was looking for a slip on. I would size down about a half a size. They really are not the supportive shoe I was hoping for. They do stretch. I’ve worn the maybe 5 times, and I’m going to have to put the laces in to tighten them up. They are too loose. When I take them off and walk around my feet hurt.

Feet got way too hot and couldn't breathe; I guess because the shoes are waterproof

I was really looking forward to the arrival of this pair of shoes. I have a trip to Southeast Asia coming up and I wanted a waterproof shoe—in case of rain. I also liked the idea that these had the elastic shoelaces. When I tried them on, they were too short, hurt my big toe, and felt stiff and wide. So disappointed. I normally wear an 8.5, but ordered a 9. They were still too short. Thank you Zappos for always being so accommodating.

Shoe was small even though I went up 1/2 size from normal shoe size. Shoe had no arch support and was hard as a rock under my feet. No cushioning. Narrow. My feet started hurting immediately when I stood up. I do not have wide feet. What is called rose/ fossil is really mauve.

Love my first pair of on sneakers they lasted awhile and still use them from time to time .. these on sneakers not even a year and mine and my husbands fell apart some sort of defect I’m guessing since the sole pulled away from the sneaker so disappointed but will get a different pair different style love my first pair of on just not these although I loved the style ..

I am very disappointed in this shoe. First of all, the shoe looked enormous when I took them out of the box. I’ve worn the On Cloud for years and have been very happy with them… my last few pairs were the 2.0 version and I have always worn an 8 1/2. I saw the Zappos was recommended a size 8, but I went with the 8 1/2 I usually get. The fit was weird. With my previous Ons, they fit well with regular socks or Thorlos. These definitely needed the Thorlos, but they still rubbed up and down on my heel when I walk. The size 8 1/2 was the right length for my foot as my big toe was close to the front, so an 8 would not have worked. After wearing them indoors for a while, I noticed the right shoe was pressing down on my big toe. While the toe box is wide enough, it’s not very deep, so after a while there’s pressure on your toe. The heel area seems wider so they do not sit right. I’m sending them back. I wish they hadn’t messed with the fit of the shoe.

Too big

I love this color!! And, I’ve loved this style so much that this is my third pair. However, this pair is very uncomfortable. I’m not sure what is different now, but my feet used to never hurt when wearing this style all day long. My feet hurt very quickly in these. I want to love them just as much as my older pairs, but I just can’t.

The fit was true to size. I tried them on and wore them in the house for a little while and they felt great. Good arch support too. However, the top is so stiff that it dogs into the top of my toes at the joint. Every time I step and the toes bend it jams into the top of your foot. It's honestly unbearable. I have been trying to soften them up ans break them in, even messed with loosening the laces, nothing works. I am so upset, $180 down the toilet.

It just didn't feel comfortable, I'm usually a 7 and ordered up to 7.5 but still felt cramped. The foot bed is there but is not memorably comfortable. I'm on my feet all day at worked and wanted a waterproof option, but the material felt really starchy and cheap so unfortunately will be returning these. The search continues.

This shoe was impossibly narrow. I have never returned a shoe due to width issues before. I have consistently worn a med width across multiple shoe makers for years, but this Cloud 5 was horribly narrow. Returned for refund.

I have heard such good things about On Cloud but these did not work out for me. I had to go a full size larger than I normally wear (wear 7.5 and had to get an 8.5) before I could even get the shoe on but then the toes were too loose. The shoe itself was very tight on the top of my foot while the heel and toes were a bit loose. Overall, it was a very odd fit and I've decided to try another shoe all together.

I've bought On Cloud sneakers in this size before, but saw some reviewers said they were sized a bit larger. Perhaps so - unfortunately, my primary concern is that the tongue of the shoe is oddly wrinkled or creased, making them uncomfortable. Had to return.

Fit was fine but NOT comfortable. I have 2 pair of the originals and they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had! These are not even close. Returning.
