For me there was not enough arch support. Everything else felt great.

I went with the manufacturer suggestion to order my regular size however they were definitely too small and had to exchange for a half size larger. The half size larger fit perfectly I like that these are easy on easy off. I wanted the waterproof for the winter when I don’t need to wear a heavy boot hopefully these will do the job and live up to all the hype

the shoes did not convey the same energy on my feet that they did in the photos. Maybe my foot is smaller than most, but they looked nubby. The nylon stretches across the top felt too tight so I had to return ?

I have a pair of the On Cloudrunner and I LOVE them, so I thought I would try the waterproof On Cloud 5 Waterproof. They are a little stiff (which makes sense since they are waterproof) but I'm leaving on a trip soon so I don't have time to break them in. I have flat and slightly wide flat and these fit me ok BUT (this is the main reason why I'm returning them) is that my heal lifts on the back of the shoe so I'm worried about getting blisters. There's no way to tighten them so my heal does not lift. I do not have this problem with the On Cloudrunner. The On Cloudrunners are so much more comfortable.

I needed waterproof for a trip. I liked the shies a lot but the pair I received has a couple of bubbles on the top of right shoe. I put my hand inside to see if I could get rid of them by tightening the fabric but did not work. Going to order another pair and hopefully they won’t have the bubbles!

I wore these shoes on a few rainy days in Italy. They kept my feet very dry which is what I needed. Even though, I wore then all day for 6-10 miles of strolling through the city, they were not the most comfortable. I could not wait to take them off. I love the color, and that they were waterproof.

These shoes run small!

The fit and size were fine, but like another reviewer noted, the tongue is very still and rubs against the front of my ankle.

Very cute style but these run on the narrow side.

I never wear an 8 1/2 but that seems to be what I would need in these shoes!

Waterproof shoe is very stiff. Had to return.

The lacing made the shoe too tight on the top of my foot. Not a shoe for someone with high arches

Loved the ability to slip these o but the waterproofing only lasted for about a year

Good looking shoe and very comfortable. They are not waterproof, however. Was disappointed when I used them to play a round of golf on a wet day. Only second time I had worn them and my socks were soaked…shoes are still not dry after 24 hours.

This is the 3rd pair of On Cloud 5 Waterproof that I’ve ordered. The first two fit perfectly. The one that just arrived is too wide in the heel…when I walk, my heel comes out of the shoe. The “chatbot” said they’ve modified the design - really a shame because it was just fine the way it was. I also got a new pair of regular On Clouds - same size and they fit perfectly.

I was excited to try these shoes out, but unfortunately they are not as comfortable as my Brooks.

I normally take a 7.5 but these were a good size in 8. I liked the sleek European look to them and the blue was a nice blue/gray color. The soles were stiff and because I'm use to wearing Astral and Hoka which have much more give I didn't like the inflexible sole. Also I don't like those silly elastic laces (for those who can't even lace up their shoes anymore) and the shoes were suppose to come with a pair of normal laces, which they didn't, so for those two reasons I sent them back .

I have a narrow foot and these run narrow! I would not say they are all day comfortable right out of the box! I have worn hoka Bondi for years and the Hokas are far more comfortable right out of the box! I think these look good however and will wear them for short outings but will never wear them all day to an amusement park or shopping all day!

quality not as good as other OC's that I bought.

Love how comfortable it is but not wide enough and size is smaller.
