Extremely uncomfortable. Causing me a significant amount of back and leg pain. Already wearing out and only had a couple weeks

I so badly wanted to like these. They're really cute, versatile for waking and light hiking, and out of the box they seemed comfortable. Unfortunately after walking in them around the block, they hurt my feet a lot - they're very very hard and are painful on both the ball of my foot and my heel. I'm not sure if the vibram sole is lacking enough shock absorption or if the insole is just too thin, but whatever it is, it's a serious lack of support. I thought maybe they'd need breaking in, so I wore them to run errands. No dice, they are just painful. I can't even wear them to the grocery store. I reached out to customer service about a return, but their policy is that they need to be unworn - but how could you know without walking in them? They said no returns, but they sent me a pair of insoles to try - which may have worked, except the insoles that came in these shoes are glued in, so they cannot be swapped. Pretty disappointed.

Insoles can't be removed for orthotics. Cute shoe though.

Trying to get my feet into the shoes was very difficult. Gave up trying and returned the shoes. I really thought they were pretty. The opening should be larger.

I really wanted to like those shoes because I love the style. They look really nice in person. But if you truly need a wide foot comfort this isn’t it!!! The shoes says wide fit but honestly it’s skinner then my normal shoes. I was really shocked. I wouldn’t want to see what the normal is on this shoe. Will be returning!
