I bought my usual shoe size and had no issues. They were comfortable since I first put them on. There was no need to break them in. I especially bought these shoes for a trip to walk some ruins in Mexico. I definitely recommend them!

I ordered the Merrell for the first time in years. I usually need a wide shoe but occasionally can get by with ordering a 1/2 size up in a regular width. The trouble is knowing whether I was going to be an 8.5 or a 9 in the Merrell shoe. This 9 Merrell still fits a bit too snug for me. I also got the same pair in black in the 9 Wide and it turns out the Wide shoe will become my everyday shoe and this one will be pulled out when I need a lighter color. Very comfortable once you find the right size for yourself.

My last pair of Merrell's were a hiking shoe...it has been years since then because I turned to another brand for a few years. We were planning this trip and I wanted to be sure I had a comfortable shoe with a proper fit. What I liked about the Bravado 2 is I could get them in "wide" which was hard to find in the other brand I was using. Often times I felt my shoes were just too snug. I am in-between an 8.5 and 9, depending on the brand. I decided to order both the 8.5 and 9 in wide, planning to return the one that did not fit as well. I ended up keeping the 9 wide and they are soooo comfortable. During the 15 days in Egypt and Jordan there were times my shoes did not come off my feet for over 12 hours at a time. I must admit, that in Egypt, I was noting a strong foot odor after removing my shoes. It was very embarrassing, especially in the Cairo airport where they require the removal of shoes at security. Surprisingly, once we got to Jordan the odor went away. Could it have been the higher temperatures in Egypt that caused my feet to perspire? I don't know, but the odor was only temporary. We walked trails, miles of sandy, rocky surfaces, climbed sand dunes and the shoes gave me comfortable support. When we returned I washed them in the washing machine to get all the dirt out before using them here in the US. I air dried them and they look like new again. 9W is my size and Merrell has won me back!

Comfortable, better looking than pictures and I love the colors

Love these shoes. Great support. Able to walk my daily 2 miles in 30 minutes with no shin splints, no fatigue. Very pleased

Bought for a walking tour in Morocco. Easy on/off for the plane, great stability for trails. Neutral enough color for everything I packed and not overly bulky

My first pair of Merrells. Bought them for a trip to Yosemite. Comfiest sneakers I've ever had. Already thinkingg about getting a differnet color! Highly recommend.

This is a Light weight shoe, and yet it has superior support

I put them on and off I went! Fits great, I'd prefer a little less pointy toed but they feel great

Love these shoes. They provide great support for trail walking with my dogs. It's hard to find something stylish and in a fun color in this style and these shoes (purchased in "pine") definitely deliver. I also love how easy they are to get on and off.

My new favorite go to shoe! I can wear it for walks. I can even wear it to work with casual dress pants and they look fabulous. Easy to take on and off and my step is more secure. I really love the color combination as it goes with many outfits.

Tissu fragile d'allure dj use et semelle molle. J'ai achet en ligne un 6W. Elle n'est pas si large pour les pieds plats enfls et avec varices. Moyennement chaude pour les 30 celcius. Je cherchais avec semelle extrieure vibram pour plus de soutien et stabilit et durabilit. Les lacets sont beaux et de qualit durable. J'aime les porter pour la marche l't et pour travailler la maison l'intrieur pour un meilleur quilibre et son antidrapant. Confortable! Bon choix!

Wide is actually wide, perfect for my feet! The soles are great, feels like you're walking on a padded floor! The footbed is not as contoured as the hiking boots/shoes, but still have support.

All Merrill's products are quality, comfortable and affordable.

I am IN love with last years 'model' colour called Paloma (ocean colours-blues and greys) with a plain sole. Not a fan of this years harsh colour contrast with the large splatter paint look on the sole. Returned in the hopes that next year they try a Paloma type of runner again. I do love that it has a wide sole at the heel. Im giving it a 5 star rating because I have this shoe from last year and it feels SO stable with my pronating ankle. And SO comfortable.

Loved hiking in the Bravada 2s. Super comfortable from the start, no blisters or breaking in required. Great grip as well on gravel/rocky trails.
