this item is so comfortable, both on the foot and on the leg. It is very durable and long lasting. These are not my first pair!! The crew style is hard to find and these are PERFECT! I love that they are thick enough for the tough jobs I do outside all year long. I even wear my LLBean wool socks in the summer time.

My husband does not want to take these socks off!! His feet are warm, not hot. He loved the way they fit. They're sturdy and look good too.

Arrived in a timely manner. Excellent quality. I wear them everywhere, well worth the investment.

These socks are nice and thick. They're a nice addition to my winter boots or just lounging around the house. They are long so they can be cuffed or wear as is.

I first tried these socks in Freeport as we were racing Hurricane Dorian toward Bar Harbor. I'd packed nothing warm for my feet. These were literally a God-send. We are Wisconsinites, and I had always used another brand of heavy ragg wool socks which were very warm but sometimes quite itchy. I have completely been won over to LL Bean's socks. I always have a stash in my closet for when I inevitably wear them out after about 2 years of almost constant wear. I have them in every color! Whether I dry them in the dryer or air dry them, they are still soft and warm. They do not bind and keep me comfortably wearing my favorite Crocs all year long. Bless you, LL Bean. PS--You used to make them in black. Any chance of bringing black back?

Got these for Xmas gifts. Dealing with New England winters these socks will come in handy The are thick and warm. Not sure about washing but feel they would be hand wash

Last for years. Not too tight on foot or leg, so can be worn for sleeping or in some shoes.

Love them so much I'm not even concerned about the sheep having cold feet.

Classic warm socks. I buy size XL though this is for a size 9 wide shoe size because I find they run small. I recommend you size up for these socks.

Soft durable , washes & DRIES they come out perfect. I was afraid when I dried them they would shrink. Can out perfect. I plan on ordering my daughter 2 pair, she works out in the cold. Johanna

These socks are great in boots, slippers and as sleep socks. They are roomy but not too....warm and cozy. The perfect cool / cold weather socks.

These are the best slipper socks for around the house!!! Have to have bigger shoe size to slip on to go outside, but perfect when having to slip shoes off when you come back in. My last 2 pair finally wore thin after at least 8 or 9 winters.

I love them and if they were smaller, I would keep them instead of gifting to my husband. But that would be rude, so I'll just get my own.

Colorful and Comfortable socks, easy to don and doff.

I am an 82 year old active woman. My legs swell now during the day and these socks are not too tight like so many of my "cute" socks. I was concerned that they might be too itchythey're not at all and they're soft and comfy. I'm going to always have these socks
