Got these when I went to Maine in January my feet were toasty warm.

This socks are Super Warm. They just hug your calves and they keep your feet Toasty. So Comfy.

These are pretty thick (thicker and less supple than they look in the pictures imo) and great with boots. I prefer a 12" over the calf sock and this is a little shorter than that. The merino ragg wool is a tad itchy out the box, but soften with wear. The light gray is actually a marbled light-dark twist in the yarn, less oatmeal than it appears in the pictures. VERY warm and toasty on a snow day

True to size. The majority of socks stop at size 12 but i wear a size 13 shoe and need the extra size. These wool socks are perfect for those cold days and are just comfortable to wear around the house.

Fits perfect in the shoes. The wool does not rub against my top leather in the toes section.

The socks fit very well and are exceptionally warm. I have washed them in the washing machine with cold water and air dried them. There was zero shrinkage.

Thick and strong, they tend to last for years even of hard wear.

I love these socks for warmth in boots. I wish they have a taller option of 12" so they would stay above the 10" Bean boots.

Time will tell how well these Merino Blend "ragg wool" socks hold up to heavy daily use in the weirdly oversized Bean Boot mocs we bought 'em to wear//use with, they are very cozy and comfortable and DO make a huge difference in the way Bean Boots feel on feets

I wanted some warm, thick socks to wear in my winter boots and these socks fill the bill! They are nice padding under my feet. They are comfortable to wear. I don't get the itchy wool feeling from them. They are also nice looking and protect my feet from the cold which we are getting this winter!

We are very happy with this purchase. I got these for my son as a gift because he was looking for warm socks but could not bring himself to spend this amount of money. I grew up with these socks and know they last forever. I just wasn't sure if they were still made the same way and would be warm enough. But my son confirmed they are and he wears them constantly.

I buy these every year for my son-in-law. He absolutely swears by them.

I got these as a gift for my husband and he loves them, especially the fact that the upper part isn't too tight. They wash and dry well, too.
