I've been buy Merrell Moab shoes for several years, and for some reason, these did not fit, even though they were 12M. Also, one pair was exchanged because of a stitching issue with one of the shoes.

Ordered a 10.5W for my husband, because he didn't want to have to "break-in" a new pair of shoes. However, the wide was way too wide and roomy. Went back and ordered the 10.5M...perfect.
I'd also recommend:

I used to be the biggest Moab fan, but the design has completely changed and they are unwearable. I hadn't had them in a handful of years and I thought maybe they had fixed the design, but sadly not.

I ordered a men’s size because my ladies size was not available. Unfortunately, it was much too narrow.

I don't know the exact date it changed but Merrell shoes use to be the most comfortable for my size 15 foot. I have been wearing them for years and never had a better shoe. Sometime during COVID though the build quality of the shoes changed. The outside seems the same but the cushion inside is just horrible. These shoes I had high hopes for but I am returning them because it's like wearing shoes with the insole over a bed of rocks. This is how they felt the last time I purchased a pair as well. I thought now that I was down a considerable amount of weight that maybe they would feel different but no.

funny , i owned merrell years ago and quite liked them, these not so much - either my foot got narrower or your lasts got wider so my foot moves around in them more than i like. except for that no issues, came quickly and seem well built

Excited to buy the new Moab 3 wide mens hiking shoe after buying many pairs of the Moab 2 wide. Unfortunately Moab 3 is not nearly as wide as Moab 2. Super disappointed to have to return my purchase and find a new brand.

Stitching began to give away on the outside of the left shoe within 4 days of casual walking. I have worn moabs for years and I am not impressed.

I had such high hopes for these shoes. I find them to be hard and uncomfortable. I thought I just needed to break them in, but they are killing my feet.

The shoes are great but the insoles offer no support. For the price I would expect better comfort

After purchasing half a dozen pairs of this shoe over the past few years I was disappointed with the fit of this pair. They are usually a comfortable fit right out of the box. This pair (different manufacturing process?)does not have the usual smooth transition between the body of the shoe and the toe. As well the sides of the tongue di not sit flat as previous pairs have. Usable but not what I have come to expect.

This is one of the most UNcomfortable shoes I have ever tried. The uppers are too tight and the soles are big, heavy and hard as a rock. I couldn't imagine walking a mile in them. Return to Sender.

I've purchased Merrell shoes for the past 20 years. These moab 3 shoes are very poor quality, the toe cap is already separating from the shoe. Ive worn them for about 2 week. I hope Merrell quality has not gone down hill as I'm very disappointed.

I've purchased MANY pairs of this model of shoe over the years and they've definitely gone down in quality. They're light weight and flimsy and have very little cushion on the sole. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I bought these as I have Merrell hiking boots that I love. Unfortunately, these do not compare. Very uncomfortable. Took with me on a trip that I knew I’d be doing lots of walking. My feet were stressed and in a lot of pain within 2 hrs of wear. No rubbing or blisters. Insole just was not supportive.

I haven't had these Moab 3 for very long and they are already pulling stitches at the toe. The quality seems to keep getting worse after each pair I purchase. Also I have noticed that the heel bed is not as giving as my prior Moabs (been wearing them for years).

There's no way to sugarcoat it; these shoes are terrible. Hard, clunky, and torture for the feet, the very opposite of the Moab 2 series. Why companies have to mess with a good shoe is beyond me, but I bought a few pairs of these and needed to see a podiatrist after one use. They'll be going to the homeless shelter.

I received these shoes and as I went to try them on at home one of the pull tabs tore off. Have been a long standing customer of other Merrell models so really disappointed. Would not purchase again.

Unfortunately, I give these a 1 start because they gave me plantar fasciitis. They are very stylish and I love the exterior but the soles are extremely hard (mainly the heel). It was really painful to walk for about a week so I had to buy a different pair of insoles to cushion it a bit more but they still feel rock hard when you walk in them. Hopefully someday they can redesign these to have more cushioning/shock absorption.

Am expensive shoe that does not last and becomes extremely uncomfortable after a few hikes. The inside of the heal near the pull tab also does not last, it wore through quickly. On my last hike I wanted to take these off and burn them and hike out barefoot in mid 20 degrees weather over rough ground and possible cacti seeme preferred to taking another step in these. The rest of the trip my Moabs were left in the jeep.
