My husband is hard to fit in shoes. His feet are short and wide. He was skeptical of these shoes but since I am a huge Merrell fan he gave them a try. He really likes the shoes and the wider toe box. They are comfortable but will take some breaking in. They are supportive to his feet and do not hurt his leg that he had surgery on. The color is nice an neutral and I know this brand and that they will hold up very well. I would recommend them!

My husband is RIDICULOUSLY picky about shoes. This man owns more pairs than I do. I was pretty sure he was going to snub his nose to geese but I was wrong. These have become one of his daily wearers and he said they are super comfy and very supportive for being low top shoes.

Comfortable shoe, especially for my high arches. I'm coming from some slip on Skechers, and I'm loving the more stable feeling in my knees as well. Can't attest to durability in the long term, but they do take different surfaces with ease, no slipping.

I intended to purchase a pair of MOAB 2 shoes, but saw that this one had just been released. I bought them mainly due to their use of recycled materials. So far I am very happy with these shoes. They are very comfortable for hikes.

Great comfortable shoe with that Merrell perfect fit. Bought them for hiking the Okanagan Valley. Excellent tread for stability on difficult trails.

Great shoes they are comfortable and they last well over a year

I was a bit skeptical about the model change having migrated through the Moab and Moab2 but I believe that the Moab 3 is an overall improvement. The fit appears more comfortable and quality appears comparable. Only time will tell whether the shoe lasts as long in actual wear conditions

A very comfortable, and good looking shoe. The online experience was easy to work through and manage. The shoes even showed up earlier than expected.

*pretty worm (i am from an hot state) * runs small so size up a half or a full size * if ur short they are great and addes about 3-4 cm * great durable metatrails i bought the Moab 3 gore tex about 2 months ago, as a fashionable 15 year old with about 6 sneakers i was afraid that those hiking "dad" shoes wont look good. i can say that's isn't true, they're comfy, great material for hikes as well as an everyday shoe, great look and chunky that goes well with baggy clothes. they are a very good looking shoe with a build that u can count on and stable will still adding 4 cm rise in height witch really helps as a average Height teen.

the right shoe is to narrow it rubs my the last two toes. If I can find someone who can wear them they will have a new pair of shoes. I guess I lost on this deal.

Very uncomfortable shoe, I bought over a month ago, I have hiked 4 or 5 times now I'm back in my old shoes.

Great shoe! Fits right out of the box, wears like iron but feels like a moccasin.

Used to climb mountains and for bicycling. With support inserts keeps my plantar fasciitis at bay.

I find these shoes to be very comfortable for hiking with the width of my feet. These are my go to shoe for hiking and every day wear

My good weather shoe, I only wear leather to weddings and funerals these days. Perfect shoe for me.

The fit and width are perfect. I wore these for my start on the Continental Divide Trail and couldn't be happier. The support and comfort make these a definite choice. Core Woltering, a Merrell athlete recommended them when we met crossing the Kennebec River on the Appalachian Trail earlier this year. He steered me right.

I buy a new pair of Moab 3 shoes each year, they are my go-to hiking shoes for most trails in southern Colorado. They provide great support and are light weight.

Nice hiking shoes! Once I applied water proofing they were more than adequate to meet demands of hiking Denali Nat Park

Is my second pair of MOAB 2. Absolutely love the grip and fit! I have wide feet and a high arch, so width and overall shape of the shoe is critical to me. Once again these did not disappoint! I was originally considering the MOAB 3 but knowing the fit of the 2, I just couldnt warrant spending the extra money. Plus there was a sale on these! Maybe next time Ill give the 3 a try?

Love these shoes, theyre a perfect fit for me! I have wide feet and high arch, so the sizing/shape of shoes is critical. The grip on these shoes is great. These are my second pair of MOAB 2. I was considering the MOAB 3, but the local store didnt have my size in stock, and knowing the comfort and fit of these I couldnt change. Especially when I got the 2d on sale! Perhaps my next shoe will be the 3, well see!

Comfortable, great fit, and supportive. I wear my Moab 3 shoes when playing with my grandson frisbee golf, soccer, and everything that involves running and cutting on turf grass.
