I got this for my husband and he loves it! It's comfortable and warm enough without being too warm. It's about 3 sizes too big for me but I still wear it.

Lightweight but very warm. The quality is really good.

warm and cozy for the winter

Everyone needs a robe in my opinion. My boyfriend loves this gift! He says it is so comfortable, perfectly fitting, soft, and very good quality.

I love this robe! It is nice and long in length.[much longer than the unlined version of this robe] It feles great and is nice and warm.

It's all I wear when I am at home. A medium would have probably been a better fit...but the large is nice and cozy. Glad I went up a size.

Soft and warm. Well made and nice and roomy. Sleeves are just right and not too long.

My wife read through the reviews and got the idea that these ran small, so she ordered me an x-tra large and it was huge. I am 6'0", broad shouldered and fairly muscular. My ideal weight would be 208 lbs so I am overweight right now, but the robe still fits. It is perfect through the shoulders, a touch long in the sleeve (but i'm a 34" sleeve - a little short) and the length is perfect. Long enough to keep covered when sitting down to watch TV at night but never in my way walking or reaching for anything. I was worried the sherpa lining would be too hot because I am a warm guy, but it's really wonderful. when you put it on, it feels warm immediately, but then doesn't get any warmer. It's just cozy without every making me sweat. I live in the Adirondack Mts, where it is cold a lot and I am a naturally warm-blooded kind of guy, so I get overheated easily in sweats and sweatshirts, but even in the house at 70 degrees, I am very comfortable wearing this around and I don't get too warm. I can also wear it outside when I let the dogs out at 30 degrees (coldest night so far since I've received it) and I'm perfectly warm in the upper body. I am NEVER SENDING this back! It's mine, and I'm keeping it! :-)

My boyfriend loves his robe. He wears a large in most things but it's roomy and he probably could have gotten away with a medium. I am insanely jealous and am here to say: Please make a flannel sherpa lined robe for ladies! My dream would be to have this robe with the cranberry flannel. Get on it, LL Bean! :)

Robe is comfy, warm and cozy and I love to lounge in it. Length is really good, reaches about mid-calf. I probably should have chosen a large, it is almost to big to comfortably close, when I wrap it, the front edge reaches the tie-loop, it still is snug but a smaller cut may have been a bit better. With that said the arm length is great, and I always have trouble finding things with good arm-length unless they are labeled as Tall. Overall very satisfied.

The best Christmas present for my husband

The recipient was very pleased with the lining, size and warmth it provides.

My son likes it. He's tall, and he's happy that I had bought him one of the tall sizes. (And I am glad that LL Bean makes those sizes). He'd actually prefer that the robe be even longer, closer to ankle length. That's not a fault though, and the robe falls mid-calf where one would normally expect. My wife commented on the quality of manufacturer. Specifically, she noticed that the plaid pattern had been aligned well across the various pieces of fabric. She looks at those details and was complimentary.
