like most men products today these pajamas cut at the waist like trying to sleep with a rope tied around your waist.

My husband and I saved up to each get a set of LLBean plaid flannel pjs. We are both disappointed! I ordered a women's medium and after washing the sleeves are incredibly short! My husband ordered a men's large and the buttons come open all the time as well as the front seam needs ironed each time I wash them. They are such cheap quality like I purchased them at local chain store.

Crotch seams completely failed about one year into owning these. Website says return window closed, but I'd appreciate a pair of replacement bottoms.

The lint produced by these pajamas when I washed them was so awful I had to throw them and the garments I washed with them ALL away!

I bought these from LL Bean because they are offered in tall sizes and I remember when Bean used to have good quality. I've had these pajama's for four months. From the start the shirt had trouble staying buttoned because the button holes were too big. That didn't stop the buttons from starting to rip off though. The thread holding the buttons is holding firm but the material its sewed too started ripping out. Then after washing yesterday I noticed today that theres two rips about 3-4 inches in the top of the arm. The rips start at the seem but its not the seam thats ripping, its the fabric.

It sheds like crazy! I deliberately made this purchase at LLBEAN thinking I'd be getting a high quality product rather than buying it at a big box store. The first time I washed it was with other dark pieces of my husband's . Big mistake. Fuzz from the pajamas all over everything when I took them out of the dryer. Big handfuls of fuzz falling out of the dryer when I opened the door. What a mess and still is going on the 4th washing.

they were too big & too long. My husband always, always wears a medium in everything. But these pajamas were too big.

Pretty set for a one-time picture but impractical for sleeping and wearing at home. All the surfaces (even those PJs didn't touch) were covered in red and black fuzz. And it's after a single wear. I agree that they are soft and comfortable but desperately lacking in quality. The material could be thicker too. After using a lint roller for 5 minutes, I am left with a handful of fluff, and the item still looks horrible. Also, I'm worried there won't be any pajamas left if I use pill remover on them one more time.

I bought these pajamas a short while ago. They are 100% cotton, but scratchy and uncomfortable. Waist too tight. Way too expensive for questionable quality. I will be donating these to a local charity. I will have to look elsewhere for pajamas (not an easy task).

They were supposed to be short! They are the same length as all the other ones I've bought every year. Now they need to be shortened by a tailor! Very disappointed!!!

It is shedding so bad any clothing near it is full of dark blue fuzz. I am returning even though I've laundered several time thinking it would improve. I am generally very pleased with any clothing I buy so this is Avery rare occurrence. Happy

I thought $79 for flannel pajamas was outrageous but depended on Bean's reputation for quality. Boy, was I disappointed. The fabric was much lighter in weight than I expected. The plaids were not even matched, the shirt buttons were at least six inches apart and one fell off the first night he wore them.

After buying goods from L.L.Bean for over 50 years, I am reluctant to order anything from them in the future and noted this to my entire family. The pajamas set arrived and I set them aside because I was good on pajamas. When I did open the pajamas, the bottoms were fine but the top was all wrong. It was too small - definitely not a men's large - and it did not feel right. My wife looked at me and laughed, telling me that the buttons were on the wrong side (woman's) and the cuffs were tailored wrong (woman's). No, I am not a happy camper.

i ordered a men's short pj bottom and what i received had to go to the tailor shop and be shortened by 6 inches????? the bill on that came to $20. the pants were marked short but obviously they were terribly mis-marked.

You should know I'll never buy from your company again. It's inconceivable that you support and advertise a lifestyle that is against my culture and beliefs. I celebrate the sacred heart of Jesus in June but as this world is diverse I wouldn't expect your company to support it. But you support Pride. How do you pick and choose for your customers?

Collar on top didnt retain shape at all, looked really bad after a couple of washings. Called Bean and they were so good, sending a new pair, hope theyre better than the last. Usually quality is really great with this company, surprised me.
