I should know better they are cotton and shrink. They were a perfect fit new but after a couple washings, my 32"inch length is now 30". I did call and ask if I should exchange them but was told they should not shrink. Now I am exchanging them.

Well made, but the flannel fabric is not as heavy a weight as previously purchased. Noticed this with a chamois shirt recently purchased as well. Noticed sure why LLBean is making theses choices, but fear it will hurt them in the long run. Hope the newer fabrics hold up as well as the old ones have.

I've worn these for many years and own several pairs. Yes, they are comfortable, well-made, true-to-size, however, it seems the thread count gets lower and lower over the years. They just aren't as thick as previous years. I question over the last 10-20 years how much the thread count has decreased. I do find they wear out much sooner than the older ones I own. Also, can you update the forever LL Bean plaid and at least add one new dimension to the line-up?

These are very comfortable but they have no fly. Had I known that, I probably would not have bought them. If that is not an issue, then they are fine.

Should never assume but was surprised they do not have a fly. Gift for my husband so was disappointed.

The pajama bottoms lack an opening in front for ease in urination.

Bought for son as part of Christmas gift (size Medium, 30" inseam). He's 5'10 and wears waist band on hips. At first the length and fit were perfect (before washing). After washing and placing in dryer he stated they feel "smaller" in terms of length. True to size before washing, may shrink slightly after first launder.

Will return. No fly, my bad. The other style had one and I didn't check this one. The whole point of these was to get sleep pants with a fly.

Bought these for my husband a year or so ago.I was hoping that LLBean had added a fly by now. Not a man myself, but it has to be awkward having to pull your pants down to p**!

They're flannel PJ pants. Not particularly thick, or sturdy. Just OK. Mine pilled from lounging in house. The best part is that they come in longer leg lengths and I'm tall. For this price, I sure expected better.

Quality material and sewing. Should have gone with 1 inch shorter and need more blousing in seat. It give me a wedgy. Keeping them as my back up pair

Love the material and look, but wish I knew in advance that they run long and are a generous relaxed fit. I tried shrinking them in the washer/dryer on high heat, but no luck. Recommend you size down if you're considering purchasing them.

I sent these back almost immediately, back in August. They were definitely not a good fit for me.

I found the pajamas 2x as large as I needed. Im a normal 160# 5-11 person. I have always ordered large. Dear Lord I could fit 3 legs on each side.

I like these sleep pants, but there's no fly. I'm an older guy who gets up several times each night. Having to drop my pants each time is a pain. Why did someone make this decision. I finally cut a hole in mine!

You would think that a man's pajama would have a button fly especially for the cost. Such a simple thing that could have been added. Other than that the product is as advertised, the flannel is soft and they are comfortable to wear.

I returned this item. Fit and quality was fine but the pants did not have a fly opening and was not specified in the description.

The quality of the material and fit were 5-star worthy ... BUT I've never seen a pair of sleep pants (pajama pants if you prefer) that didn't have a fly! That was a disappointment and nothing in the catalog indicated it didn't. Otherwise, the product is great

Nicely made pajamas. I'm not too impressed with the material. Not very cozy. I was really bummed out and ended up wearing old some old LLBean ones that fit the season much better. Too much hassle to return them cause the fit was perfect..

Pros: Soft, comfortable flannel Cons: Pills like crazy, noticeably thinner than the flannel used in LL Bean flannel shirts, no fly. I have two pair of these, same complaints with both. While they are not wearing through, the pilling is really bad. I have some much cheaper flannel pajama pants that are holding up far better. These are also on the thin side, which I suppose is personal preference. Personally I think they should be using the same weight flannel as their flannel shirts. LL Bean quality not what it used to be.

I am disappointed. This garmet is technically well made, but the design is flawed. It is listed as a men's sleep pant, but there is no fly opening in the crotch. This is a very inconvenient situation for a man when urinating, because it requires the pant to be lowered substanially while standing at the toilette. You should at least warn your customers about this shortcoming, because it is not obvious from the pictures.

Great fabric as I have the jogger version in med. that (for some reason) is not available any longer. These pants are far too generous in cut. Like a moo moo with legs. Tried the med and small to no avail. Granted I'm 5'- 5" and 138lbs. So there's the rub. Please! Bring back joggers!
