Great pair or jeans I love them

They fit a little big. Also do not like the wrinkled look.

These are a slim cut. You need to keep that in mind. My only complaint with these is the same complaint I have with all levis. And that's a lack of consistency one style of levis doesn't all fit the same. Buy 501scandcone pair fits great but the next pair gets returned. And that's what happens with these. Even one color fits differently than the next. I don't get that. Some people may also feel theses jeans are too thin for winter wear. They do feel thin. I guess I'll know soon enough. But I like how they fit. Unfortunately there is that consistency problem. But zappos takes returns no questions asked. Still it is a little annoying

Color, quality, style are all a five star on the 511. Love the color way of the Ducky Boy, they look righteous with my Red Wing boots. Unfortunately I’m giving these a 4-star because they run small in the waist. I wear 31 in everything I own (8 different brands of jeans), these ran small and need to exchange for a 32.

I bought these for my husband and they are so cute! They're tight at first but like any cotton-based denim they loosen up, but not too much. I like the slimmer silhouette too. Very cute.

It can be tricky to choose a style for the 511s, as the photos don't necessarily capture all of the actual features (some styles have special distressing, or permanent wrinkles, and the colors aren't always accurate). The Dark Hollow style is pretty close to a plain dark blue rinse like ordinary Levis. The 511 Slims fit my husband perfectly, though, and I expect we'll buy more pairs.

size down a size. they have spandex and will stretch out a bit. the first time you wear them they might be a bit tight but after 2 days they do stretch out. they are great!!

Levi's are always dependable when it comes to cost to comfort and style. I have never gone wrong with just going with a 30x30, and they always fit great! I have started to get the 510's a skinnier fit though..

These jeans have been my go-to for the past six years, and I finally had to replace my six-year old jeans. Though the ones I had previously were a thinner material, it's the same 511 style I'm a fan of. Fits great, perfect length. Would buy again (and did)

**READ BEFORE BUYING** Unpredictable Style & Fit. I bought these in 33x32 and they are PERFECT but a little short as I'm 6'2/185lbs. So I ordered THE SAME JEANS in THE SAME WASH (Rinsed Playa) in 33x34 and they're a DIFFERENT STYLE with fake distressing and they're baggier. If I wanted baggy Dad Jeans I would have ordered them. If you want slim fit the 33x32's are great. If you want baggier jeans you'll like the 33x34's. I returned those.

I'm tall and really skinny, fit me nice and snug. Bought a 28, 32 for reference.

VERY attractive style, overall great fit! They are meant for a slimmer guy, not forgiving, but that is why they look sooooo good. The good quality is what you to come to expect from Levis. Very classic in color & design. Hope to purchase another pair, especially at the sale price.

Love these jeans. Ordered 3 pairs in 3 different colors. Colors and condition are true to the pictures. However, the 'Terra' color jeans were much, much tighter (had to return) than the other two colors despite being the same material. But, it's Zappos so returns are super easy... just bumped the waist up one inch. Love 'em.

Other than the size running smaller (had to go 2 sizes up), these jeans are nice. They're comfortable and the color is easy to match to.

Fit well, comfortable, classic look - fitted but not tight

I love Levi's 511 jeans. I have been wearing them for the last decade. But there's something about this model that sites REALLY low on the waist. Bummer.

I'm a big fan of the 511. 32x32 is my size, but I always feel like I've got to try on a few pairs just to make sure I get the best fit. (Seems like there's always a smidge of a difference from pair to pair). Also...I kind of wish that the 511 came in something without "stretch". Not the end of the world, but I'm a bit more of a "straight-up denim, no spandex" kind of guy. At the end of the day, these are still my go-to jeans. Looking forward to breaking them in and wearing them out.

This is for the "511 Slim" in general, versus a particular color way / wash. I ordered a few pairs of these in a few different colors. While I found most of them to fit well, the different colors / washes were not consistent in terms of texture and feel. Some felt much thicker, stiffer and more rugged, others felt thinner and stretchier. Keep that in mind when you order if you only try 1 wash and you don't like the way they feel. So I ended up keeping a few of the pairs that felt thinner, softer and stretchier, and I'm sending back the ones that felt stiffer. That's just my preference. Overall a solid, stylish jean at a great price point.

Although sizing seems to be a little inconsistent with Levi's, these 511s are great value for $40.

Color and appearance very nice. They are slimmer on the thigh then i had hoped for but hoping they break in more comfortable. "modern fit with enough room to move" is the description" but i think they fit more like a skinny.
