The first time I wore these I looked down and noticed my toe nail had a black smudge on them. I ignored it until I got home only to see that both of my feet were completely black. I got in the shower and tried to scrub it off but I could still see a black tint. I called customer service and she said wear them for a week and see if it gets better. It's been a week and my feet still look like a ran through charcoal. Also I thought they would be softer but the shoes are actually pretty hard. And the sole feels like i'm wearing a wedge heel instead of a flat slide.

I love how they look and they are comfortable but on the first day of wearing them they turned the bottom of my feet black!! At first I thought my feet were just dirty from trying stuff on in dressing rooms, but I tried to wash my feet and they are STAINED from dye :( I'm very upset about this bc I take pride in keeping my feet and skin nice and now they look disgusting. Will have to look up ways to get rid of dye stains. Bad ugg!

i love all my Uggs but had to return these. the wedge slightly slips your feet forward (not in a good way and i bought several sizes) and the elastic band annoyingly snaps with eat step.

They could at least go to a size twelve for women with a larger foot dam. We wanna wear cute shoes too

The shoes are so cute and I always have people complimenting me when I wear them, but they always stain the bottom of my feet. I own the black pair and it leaves the bottom of my feet black. I love uggs but wished they would work on the quality of the dye they use for the shoes.

I bought the black pair and I have to send them back. Too stressful trying to get the dye off!

Just by looking at these shoes I thought they would be the classic ugg feeling with a versital summer style. They are not, these shoes are supper hard and not that comfy for long summer outings.

The band in the back of the slipper forces, your foot forward and is not a good luck

The height and the fuzz made my feet slide off to the side of the slipper. I returned them as I was certain I would trip while wearing them.

This slide are not comfortable at all. They are hard. Never again

They run smaller

I have a very narrow foot and my foot slid straight through making them uncomfortable since my toes were sticking off the end. Sadly had to return. The open toe slippers are not for me

Not what I expected

This was my second pair of fluffs and unlike the first pair, these are like boats on my feet. I already sized down and could have sized down two more sizes. Really disappointed with quality at this company

Fluffy but hard. Also have to pay for shipping on returns for sale items.

After returning the first pair because they felt like two right shoes. The second pair arrived and they feel the same and now they are out of the return window.

Daughter did not like the color

I'm so disappointed with these slides. I expected the sole to be soft and cushy like my Ugg boots, but they are not. Almost feels like fur glued to hard cardboard. Not comfortable at all!

Super uncomfortable and had a very weird stinch when I got them. Would not purchase again.

I ended up returning them because the front part of the slipper digs into your foot when you step. That's OK, though. I exchanged them for a different version of the same, and I am SO in love with those. Don't know why the sparkle version hurts, but the other doesn't . . .

This look cute but that's it. The left slipper fits completely different than the right. My foot and toes lean in and hang off the shoe. It's like walking on a fluffy paddle. Not comfortable whatsoever. I hope they still take returns or exchanges but I don't have a receipt as this was a gift I got for Christmas.

They are super cute and fluffy and sizing is good except my daughters feet are too wide! These are made for narrow feet only

This slipper is not cushy like you would expect in a slipper. So hard to walk in with the wedge and feels like walking on a brick.
