Besides the bottom of the sole which is sturdier than expected for the design, the fluffiness wasn't even that soft - a bit more like a rough fluff. It's not a feat design for narrow feet either, I found the shoe caving in and slipping at the side which tends to happen if you have narrow feet and wearing wider sandals. Just did not work. And charcoal grey didn't look as charming once I received it.

These look so cute for women with smaller feet. I wear a size 10 and they look like giant slippers. They are very large and bulky. I could have gone a half size down.

I don't like how they feel like your gonna slip off the side of them when you walk Concerned I'm gonna break my ankle I'm very cautious when wearing them

I absolutely love the UGG brand. I have so many pairs it's insane so when i saw a new item i was soooo excited. They were not for me, summers in NY are hot and winters are cold so i was absolutely confused on when i could wear them.. so sad :(

I walked around the house in them and they were so so But once I wore them outside it wasn't so nice. They felt hard on the inside. A major key to the reason for my review is the dye. My slippers happened to be black and so were my feet after wearing these for away. It stains.. took me a few different soaking methods to get rid of the color. So I'd advise people to wear socks if your wearing them longer then a hour or so, also if your feet sweat or your wearing lotion.

I got these slippers some months ago as a gift. I really don't recommend it if you are looking for comfort. There are not comfortable at all. I am a ugg's fan and I own many pairs of ugg, but I don't recommend these slippers. there are just stylish, were in trend but not if you are looking for a comfortable slipper to be at home, lounge, or run errands.. ugg has better ones .

Very narrow.. if you have wide feet don't even think about it. Also if you have small feet don't think about it. My toes would not even come out the front if I tried.

So it's is about a few months later and when i say the shoes hurt like crazy it's sad don't get me wrong i am all about fashion but when i first wore them i went to the mall and it was like i was walking on bricks bare foot i thought maybe because i was at the mall for a hour but no my feet was killing me for 2-3days because the bottom of the heels is so flat and hard. So a few weeks later i wore them to the gas station and it was the same issue and i feel like i went out my way so many times to wait for the restock on them in my size and it really wasn't worth it i thought i would have some stylish comfy shoes and that's not true at all. Then my sister purchased the tennis shoes with the ribbons in the lace and she said that the shoes hurt so bad like it was made out of wood but she calls them the deadly shoes lol like the shoes will kill your feet because they hurt so bad

They are not that comfortable because the bottom is so thick but they are convenient.

They're ok. Can't really figure out how to wear them. They are like house shoes.

The band in back started unraveling within 1 month!

These shoes are hard and has a wedge like sole. I was expecting a more softer shoe with less height.

These slippers look way better online. The sole on them are hard as a rock. They are not comfy, as they look. They look huge in person as well. Save your money

I thought the fur would be a lot softer, it's very coarse and ruff in texture. Honestly disappointed.

My sister bought me these for my birthday in Lantana I wear a 7.5 in UGG boots and she got these in a size 8 for me. These slides only fit with socks on without socks the slide is a little too big and the band is too loose. PROS These slides look just like the picture, they're very cute. You will get exactly what you see. CONS They are SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. It's like walking on two thick pieces of cardboard covered in fur.

They need to say that the size IS NOT TRUE TO SIZE I'm a 8 and they fit my sister that's a 10. Very unhappy. On top of that if you want a return you MUST pay your own shipping which also isn't good at all

Love the look of these slippers. I purchased because they looked to comfortable to pass up but when I received them they weren't comfortable at all. The slipper is more of a platform style and the bottom of the slipper looks really soft but my boots are more comfy than these. Returned to get boots.

These shoes are MASSIVE! I usually wear a size 12 in all uggs i've ever purchased and 11's have always been too small, however a size 12 in these shoes are HUGE! I have an inch in the front and back of these shoes and they are barley staying on. Im surprised! So mad because I had so many rewards stacked up that I got these bad boys for half off and if i return them i'd be stuck paying full price for the next size down...

They are super uneven to walk in, I have rolled my ankle and really regret the purchase. the fluffiness is the only saving grace

I wanted these moccasins so bad and they are really cute and comfortable BUT the furr is died black and it comes off all over your socks and feet. I wish I had known before I bought them

The product is comfortable. My only disappointment is the black Dye always stains my feet. I can't wear socks with these shoes and I am hesitant to wear it just because of this cheap dye. Omg!!
