The strap is too big ! And it runs big !
I wear a size 11 , I returned the 11 cause they fit like a 12 , got a size 10 they are big and the straps fall off loose , now I'm going down to a size 9

I bought these when they first came out. Only lasted one winter the fur of the sole is completely gone and is ugly now. Highly disappointed for paying such a high price.

They were sloppy and too wide. Foot bed felt like raised cardboard. Cheap construction for an Ugg's product.
Don't even think the next size down would matter. Shame because it's a cute design.

The shoes are definitely cute and comfy. however they are not worth the wait time!
They're not supportive, its kind of like walking on light blocks-platforms. They're not heavy and the furr is super soft! I purchased 3 pairs , one in store and two online on December 1 2018. They were in stock at the time of purchase and expected to arrive by Christmas. It's almost February and I haven't received my online order! For this reason, I would not suggest purchasing these online- ESPECIALLY if they are back ordered.

This slipper is horrible. My foot constantly slip to the side causing my ankle to twist. If I didnt already throw away the box I would return them. Complete waist of money!

I bought these for my special someone in my life and when I felt them upon wrapping the gift they felt uncomfortable so I ignored it and still wrap gift. Christmas morning she tried them on and it looked as if her ankle were about to snap. They are very hard they could have made them with memory foam or something I'm never buying this product again or anything from this line

Stylish! These slipper/slides are very cute! However, they are not practical, in my opinion. 1st - I suffer from ankle pain and my ankle is fused. So when I placed my foot into the slipper it literally feels like I am stepping into a decorated cardboard box shaped for feet. There is no cushion for “shock absorption”. Secondly - So, while walking around the house in them for 2 days, I noticed that the straps started to stretch out already. I have always worn a size 11 in Uggs so I bought these in the same size. The length of the slipper is dead on with my foot. So I don’t see a reason for going down a size and I am not sure why the straps stretch out so soon. They barely stay on my feet.
So overall, in a nutshell, these slipper slides are not worth the money! They are very uncomfortable, straps stretch easily, the lining fibers tend to fall out - just poor quality! Its not like Uggs to make poor quality footwear.

bought this product For my daughter and the fur at the foot of it is wearing off after one where they're supposed to be a warranty on it but the show is sold out and no one can help tried posting a picture but it wouldn't let me but I do have a picture of it

I absolutely love the look of this shoe! Unfortunately I received a defective pair. As soon as I try it on I noticed a slight rip in the strap.

Tried them on.... Feet kept falling off the shoe and just has a really uncomfortable feel to it. Made me sweat a lot.. so I actually would like a refund for the Product. Not worth the money at all

They look super cute but don't last. I have had mine for less than 2 weeks and already half of the fur has come off where by heal is. Bought them from Dillard's and they won't return them because they have been worn. Worst slipper ever and would not recommend them to anyone.

My mom and I each bought a pair of the black slippers. Comfort wise they are amazing.... but they dyed our feet black. Super disappointing, and the dye is nearly impossible to remove. I ended up using an exfoliating face wash to get it off.

I have purchased multiples UGG items but this was by far the worse. The shoes look cute online but huge and bulky in person. I thought the black ones would be the cutest but instead the dye stained my feet for days. I wore them to the airport to Jamaica and my feet stayed black for days. How embarrassing. I would recommend no one to get this color...not to mention the size looks 4 sizes larger in person.

I love ugg boots but I wouldn't buy a pair of slippers like these ever again. Every time I wear them my feet are black and stay black for the whole day I just don't like it I wouldn't have bought them or maybe I would have got them in pink or something if I knew they would rub off
