These boots fit well and were very comfortable right out of the box. The lacing system makes for easy on and off, and they can be cinched tightly for support. The soles offer good traction on the trail. They have been excellent in light snow and mud so far.

Perfect fit right out of the box! Excellent for work, hunting, fishing.

Great Boot, very warm and comfortable

I had a chance to use these boots upon arrival in an 11" snowstorm in Michigan! The fit was perfect, the boots comfortable and warm. I was surprised how light they were, even after shoveling snow for hours!

I had owned a pair of Bean boots for 40 years, having had them re-soled once, but the top finally wore out. I was expecting a quality boot when I purchased the new ones, but I was pleased beyond my expectations. The fit is perfect; they're warm; I am most pleased with the quality of this product.

I give these boots a TEN! Two thumbs up! They fit like a glove, are light, comfortable, springy. I am very very happy with them. Now to see if they hold up all winter, and are warm when it gets really cold!!!! Just awesome so far!!!

Boots are really comfortable. And keep my feet warm.

Great winter weather footwear, but size up to wear thicker socks underneath.

Boots serve me well in new snow and on packed trails. Good tread is key.

I bought the black storm chaser boot size 13M last year and the size was a perfect fit. Just bought another pair of the same boot, same size 13M but the new boot is too small and tight for my fit. I'll return the new boots and size to up to 14M. I love the original boots and find them comfortable all-day long.

About three years ago. I bought a pair of these boots in green suede. They were on clearance. I wear these in Fall and Winter here in North Idaho. They are warm in every temperature I have used them in so far. My feet stay dry as well. The only problems I have had with them is, the inner liner in one of them wants to hook up my heel inside the boot. This has been overcome by using a long boot shoehorn. The other minor problem has been that the same boot has developed an annoying squeak. I still wear them despite these problems. With as much as I wear them, the souls still look new, with very little wear. I tend to wear out souls quickly. I bought my wife a pair of ladies Storm chasers. She has had hers for about a year and a half. She wears them in winter and loves them!

Very comfortable but not as warm as they could be.

I have feet like a duck - very wide in front (toes) / very narrow in back (heel). Over the years I've found the best (most comfortable) shoes tend to be a little larger (maybe 1/2 size) than what fits in the store. These (EE) fit well. Even when walking, my feet remain snuggly in place, they're not to too tight and there's no heel movement. I initially purchase the low version Storm Chaser, but then decided to compare them to the lace-up version. Significant difference. Returned the slip-ins, keeping the lace-up ones..

I found the quality and the height of the boot to be very good. Unfortunately I had to return the them due to the fit being too roomy in the ankle and the depth between the top of my foot and the inside of the boot.

The color of the shoe was not as rich as pictured on the site. It look darker and very dull. So far, It has on been worn once and it was comfortable, but a little heavier.

I've had these boots for about a month and with the relatively mild Minnesota winter we're currently having I've worn them almost every day. I don't love these boots, but I like them very much. They're comfortable for long periods, warm (both outside and at the ice rink during hockey games), and I like the style of them. My only gripe with the boots is that I have difficulty getting them snugly laced. I think they could be improved by having the top 2 "eyelets" replaced with hooks instead. This would allow you to maintain tension below the ankle while you hook them snug towards the top of the boot. To cause further issue, the "eyelets" are able to move which sometimes causes them to bind up on the lace locking it in place, making it more difficult to remove the boot. It's not a major issue but it's not ideal and the "eyelet" needs to be repositioned manually, which has to be done every 3 or 4 uses. Overall, these boots are great and I would recommend them with some asterisks.

The rigid sole is dangerous! It makes these boots unresponsive. Tread looks as if it would grab, but instead any hint of ice makes them unreliable. It's like walking with a hard plastic casing on the bottom. So disappointed! Will donate with a warning note.

This boot is comfortable, it looks good, and is warm. I would have given five stars except the lace guides (especially at the top) are too tight to just pull on the lace to make it snug. Same with taking them off; I have to pull each lace back through each guide to get enough slack.

Ive had these boots for about a year and I love them. The sole is nice and rigid, I can hike through deep snow for hours with them, and the price is fair! Probably the best winter boot Ive ever owned.

Wanted a versatile, warm boot to get me through Wisconsin winters and the Storm Chasers did not disappoint. Work great for snowshoeing , going to the grocery store or anything in between. Very comfortable with an athletic shoe feel. After two plus years of significant use they show very little wear. These are the boots that sit by the door and get worn for everything once it gets cold and the snow flies.
