The outside material used on this slipper is good but the inside construction is poor. The inner lining of both slippers has disintegrated at the ball and heel of the foot with little use in under two years. It's an unfortunate disparity when it comes to material quality. They look good on the outside but don't feel good on the inside since the liner it peeling away.

I have had these slippers or earlier versions of them for years. The earlier versions were more durable. This pair purchased ~2 years ago have completely fallen apart - the sole has held up but I have worn completely through the inner sole and there are holes in the fleece above the front toes. Wear and tear is expected but this newer version does not last and should last longer given the price point.

I ordered these based on the great reviews. I tend to wear ballet slippers for house shoes, so these seemed like boats and it put me off wearing them for a while. I bit the bullet and started wearing them and am just about used to them.
I haven't been wearing them long and I see there is a design or production flaw -- at least with the pair I bought. And that is why I am giving them two stars.
The bottom sole is coming away from the rest of the slipper at the front on BOTH slippers. I only wear these things inside, and I think it is ridiculous that the bottom sole is already coming away on BOTH slippers in the same place.
I have applied Loctite gel to both slippers and clamped them with bulldog clamps. We shall see.
Disappointed. I would not recommend them based on my experience. If the flaw were fixed I would have no difficulty doing so.

This was the second pair the first pair was sent back because they did not wear properly after six months I was told that they would not refund my money or exchange for the second pair I have spent a lot of money Over the Last 10 years but I will not spend one penny on your products ever again or recommend your products

Not what I was expecting. Nothing wrong with it. Just didn't like the style and the fit was too small. I have other LL Bean slippers that are the same size and fit fine. Would have ordered something else but did not feel that there return policy was fair. Apparently you have to have there credit card for free returns.

Returning - they 'kill' my feet. The sole is stiff and no cushioning. The top of the slipper rubbed against the top of my foot. I normally take a size 8 - ordered these in a 9 to be on the safe side.

The slipper was long enough but I literally could not get it on my foot. I have a high arch, but not so high that it should prevent me from sliding into a slipper.

"Sweater fleece" is opposite of this scuff. The top is stiff with a hard surface. The sole is thick and unyielding. Never mind cozy. No comfort here/

Size is too small and I have to pay $6.50 to return and then $6.50 for another pair? That's terrible customer service.

Purchased for my father in law. They were too stiff and hard. Returned! Had to pay return shipping and LL Bean sent gift card to my FIL instead of crediting my credit card!

Either the items I would like to buy are not available, on back order or too small. Are you marketing to smaller foreigners and not normal sized Americans? Bring back mens shoes in WIDE sizes. I want to wear LL Bean clothes again.

Don't go by the great reviews. The only good about these are the hard bottoms, other than that they're like stepping on a rock slab. Returned them an bought more cushioned , comfortable/ warmer else where. Not just that they don't let you ship to most stores with these and they don't reimburse shipping.

My husband loved these scuffs but, when they got a bit smelly, I found out they can not be washed nor dry cleaned. Sorry, but for $50 I expect a product to last longer than one winter! Not up to the usual and expected L.L.Bean quality and long use. Disappointed.

These run snug and exchanges are not complimentary. The fabric and fit did not impress. Feels like Kohls or something cheap like that. I don't usually shop at LLBean and this experience is not changing my mind.

Not only did I have to pay (substantially) to return the item, it wasn't credited to my credit card but is only an LL Bean store credit which I don't want and which wasn't made clear when I made the return. Not good customer service, in my opinion. No more LL Bean for me. EVER.

These slippers are extremely uncomfortable. The bottom has no flex to it and it feels like you are walking on stiff boards. The description "lightweight rubber sole", is very deceptive as they are heavy. Very disappointed in this product and very disappointed in L.L. Bean.

I liked the first pair I ordered, except the inside was worn and shredded by the end of Winter. Thinking that this was an exception, I ordered a second pair the following year. Unfortunately, the result was the same.

came damaged in shipment - not worth the effort to ship back when maybe a bit of epoxy glue might fix

These felt weird on my feet. The padding in the middle is odd and you have a tendency to roll your foot. After about a week out through these away and order some glurps

Too small, sent product back, still have not received my refund. Run extremely small. Sizing is way off, quality is lackluster. Would not buy ever again.

Too narrow. Bought as a gift for a 12 year old boy and he could not get his foot to slide into shoe. Disappointed especially since I have to pay to return.

Bought for my husband. He didn't care for the heel part as that rolled fabric annoyed him when he walked. Returned.

I have very wide feet due to severe swelling, I had hoped that the sleepers would give me the extra width I needed since they looked "sweater type". I was wrong, I couldn't even get my foot into the slipper. The instep was so tight and there didn't seem that they would stretch anytime soon. I have returned them.

Way too small. I bought this same slipper in the same size a few years ago and they fit great. The new pair is way too small. I can barely get my foot in.
