I've had hikers from LL bean before and have always been satisfied. I put these on right out of the box and have been comfortable from the start!

It must be a very good item. My podiatric doctor gave a complemet for these shoes, during my last visit.

Very nice shoe and exactly what I was looking for except they run about 1/2 size small - so had to return them. The brown was not available in 11 so I had to opt for the blue, but the fit is perfect. The boots are very light and the ventilation is just what I need for Arizona. I'll get the brown ones as well if they get restocked!

Bought these for my husband. He wore his first pair out. They are his favorite shoes.

These trail hikers are built well and look great! They will require a little breaking in in order to reach maximum comfort level but once their softened up with a few days wear they are very comfortable and your grip feels secure whether on the trail or sidewalk.

These are the most comfortable and supportive shoes I have ever owned. I own three pair. For the past year, I have worn one pair to hike 5 miles a day including on a pebble cover beach. I wear the other two pair (brown or blue) the rest of the day. I live in the Northeast and wear them in every kind of weather including snow. The support, stability and grip are wonderful. They are rugged and have held up very well. They are a handsome shoe that looks good in every situation except formal . They fit true to size. They are a great value. I just bought a fourth pair out of fear that because of the supply chain crisis I won't be able to get anymore.

This low hiker is light, comfortable, and excellent value. It gives me the support, stability, and grip I need on shorter and longer day hikes.

Womens wide was to narrow. Exchanged for mens. Good fit now.

This is the second pair I ordered for my husband. He wears them everyday, and they last about 2 years. I have the same pair in womens, and because I don't wear them as often, mine are still in great shape. We love this shoe!

I needed some new athletic shoes and visited the local LL Bean store to view and try on various offerings. I found these hiking shoes which fulfilled my need. The shoes are comfortable and fit well. I take daily 1 mile walks with my dog and these shoes work very well for that task.

This is by far my favorite low-quarter hiking/walking shoe. I've owned and worn out six pairs of these. I will buy these as long as LL Bean sells them. They fit my feet and support them nicely.

I'm diabetic and have worn doctor recommended shoes for years. These hiking shoes far outscore any of my doctors' choices. The Trail Model 4 are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

These 8.5 EE shoes fit.me fone same as New Balace fits me in the same size. They xid not let sand filter inside the mesh walking on the beach. To early to have any Idea how the will hold up.
