They are good slippers but you are only selling medium which for any of us wide sizes is too narrow. Mine are uncomfortable because they are too narrow. Wide was not offered.

I have bought slippers from Bean for several years (over a decade). This time the style I prefer was not available, so I bought this one thinking it was the 'next best thing', If I wear socks with these slippers, the socks are pulled down into the body of the slipper by the lining. I either have to pull the socks back up periodically or endure bunching and lumping under the sole of my feet. Please bring back the flat soled non-mock style slipper it truly was wicked awesome.

I wear an 11D in dress and tennis shoes, however, the same size in this slipper was too large and too wide. It slipped so badly I returned them.

For many years, I ordered and used Wicked Good Slippers, but not the Venetian variety. The styling difference was, in part, a smooth finish to the edging instead of the sewn top. I liked them better, and the Venetian is a poor knock-off.

The fit just didn't work out. The medium width is really just normal width while regular fit is narrow. The attached note stated they should be worn into fit. I can't see that happening without callous/chaffing developing, which defeats the purpose of their intended comfort. I tried to exchange them for a different slipper that offered wide sizing but had not luck with customer service - their answer was basically to return the slippers and pay full prize for the second purchase in addition to S&H ... you lost a customer on this one. The stars are for craftsmanship - beautifully made but not true to fit and poor customer service.

I've been buying these slippers for years for both my husband and myself. They've always been "wicked good", but this year we were disappointed. The thick fluffy inside is no longer so thick and fluffy. They were as flat on the inside as the 3 year old slippers we were replacing.

I wear a size 9.5 shoe. These only come in full sizes so I was advised to order a size 10. They were too large and I had t return them. I then order a similar slipper in size 9. They are too small, but the note in the box said to wear them a few days and they would fit my feet. Didn't happen, still too small and I doubt I can return them now that I have worn them?

Although the slippers are very good, the price is, "wicked expensive".

I think these are good slippers, but not the best or most comfortable I've ever worn. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I would have expected the lining to be thicker. They're warm, but really not much better than a pair of thick socks.

While this is a toasty warm slipper, the size 10D was not a good fit for my size 9-1/2EE feet. Earlier, I had unsuccessfully tried a 10EE in one of their moccasins. The problem in both cases was that there was too much room in the heel and it felt like it was coming off. Perhaps if these were available in half-sizes, I might be able to get a better fit. The width of course was a little tight, but I was expecting that. I'm reluctantly returning them, and am going to try a moccasin with laces that I can tighten down.

I purchased the slippers in Jan. 2017 and I also have a large 2 to 3 inch hole in the front. I looked down and noticed fir sticking out. I'm in the process of returning.. My other LL Bean slippers did last over 3 years... That is what I expecting!

Great slippers from an aesthetic and comfort perspective. However, as I have only had them since last Christmas 2016, I am dismayed that the shearling (fuzzy) lining is disintegrating on the inside of the slipper. Would have expected a bit more durability. Still they are very comfortable.

These are sold as D width. They are shipped with a note describing toe tightness until broken in. Fine. Except for that the actual sole is barely in B width territory. Hopefully you have a heavy duty shoe stretcher and thin socks. On the plus side the craftsmanship is good and the sheared Aussie lamb is warm.

Ok, my husband loves his new slippers. HOWEVER - WHY NO OUTER-BOX WHEN SHIPPED SO THE DESCRIPTIVE LABEL ON THE SHOEBOX WASN'T A DEAD GIVEAWAY TO HIM (FOR WHOM IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SURPRISE/GIFT) WHEN HE RETRIEVED THE DELIVERY FROM OUR PORCH??? The slippers arrived in their original carton/shoebox, and the label on the side clearly stated "L.L. BEAN MEN'S SIZE 9 MEDIUM COLOR PEAT MOSS." He's the only man in the house. I don't wear a men's size 9 medium. So he knew he was getting some type of peat-moss-green footwear for Christmas - thanks a lot L.L.Bean! I'm all for environmental conservation - we recycle every piece of paper, cardboard and any and all packaging that comes into this house. I do not recall if the checkout page asked if it were a gift, but that designation is usually for gift wrap/gift card/note, etc. which I didn't need. And, as it was a month before Christmas, perhaps someone @ L.L. Bean might/should have anticipated it could be a *secret* purchase?! I'm surprised they weren't stolen right out of their box by some rogue *postal-type* as I've also had that happen before and everyone knows L.L.Bean ain't cheap. Anyway, maybe I'm just old-fashioned and expect a little too much on someone else's part (more than just a pulse), but as L.L.Bean is rather traditional themselves, I didn't realize I'd have to state the obvious. Which reminds me, I later saw a news item on one of the tv networks about this exact problem; folks receiving their orders of childrens' toys with the labeling and pictures (even if the kid can't read yet...) clearly on the packaging as no outer-box. Just plain dumb, but I'd have expected better from L.L.Bean!

This product is, of course, made in you know where. The slippers do have a nice appearance. However, the same problem exists for all internet ordered foot apparel- the sizing.I used the international sizing and bought an 11 which proved excruciatingly too tight. I returned it for a 12 which is still not comfortably roomy. But, I was too cheap to spend another $6.50 in shipping. I advise purchasing a sign up. If I am wrong, it will just cost you $6.50.

Good slippers but soles are not what I expected. The slippers appear to be for indoor use. The soles are hard and suited even for outdoors. As a result they are noisy on indoor hardwood floors for example. I'll choose soft soles next time.

Acceptable. No more, no less. Are they worth five times the price of a house slipper at a big box retailer? I paid it, so they must be, but my lack of enthusiasm should be obvious. My only complaint is that the sole feels too small -- both width and length -- for the size of my foot. Unlike a shoe, where the sole extends beyond the upper, or a moccasin, where the sole wraps up the sides, these feel a little "tippy". They fit, they are warm, and do not seem to be constructed of petrochemicals. Faint praise...

Slippers were to be a gift, but when they were on, there was no support and worried about wearing them on stairs. Love the style of the slipper but returned for the above reasons.

These slippers are well made and very nice, but they don't fit me. They seem to run small and very narrow. I know they're supposed to stretch after wearing them a while, but I'm not willing to take the chance and put up with narrow, uncomfortable slippers, hoping they'll stretch to fit. If you have narrow feet, order them big and enjoy!

The slippers are nice, but I would not get them again -- they cost too much for what they are. Not a great value. The lower price flannel lined slippers are the best choice.

Taking the website's advice I ordered a half-size up - I wear a 10-1/2 so ordered an 11. The 11s came and were too big. So I returned them and ordered a 1/2 size down - to a 10. The left slipper fit fine, but the right one seems slightly too small - maybe it's my feet? Anyhow, I'm still in the break-in period. The right foot still feels too small. but I'll stick with it for now. Other than that, the quality seems to be fine.
