My husband won't wear them. They are good quality and very nice. It is totally on him

I bought them based on a rave from Wirecutter. The sole is pretty flimsy and lacks arch support. The MyPillow guy's slippers are much better though the NYT would never admit that.

I have been buying Bean slippers for 40 years. This may be my last. After less than a week of wear the stuffing for both shoes pulled back to a ridge behind my toes. I don't have long toe nails. They are not as comfortable as previous ones. I am very disappointed

The right slipper fit fine but the left was too large and wide and slipped off my heel when walking

Nice looking slippers. After wearing 1month back of slippers caved in and wool wore off. Paid $150.00 and didn't last long. Picture attached to this review. In picture the blue slippers are llbean and are 30 years old! These slippers I just bought would work better if rear of slippers were made stronger

I like these slippers. The only downside is that the piece of leather on the heel of the left slipper started coming off within the first week of owning them. I restitched the heel myself (because returning things is always a hassle), but I don't think I should have to re-sew things that I buy. I would look elsewhere for better assembled slippers.

Bought to replace aging moccasins; very unhappy to find that the 11 medium has gotten unwearably narrow. Why??? Now im out the shipping for the return.

Very comfortable and warm. However after being worn in the evenings for 2-3 wks they look like they are 2-3 yrs old. Also the stitching in the top where it meets the side comes out (doesn't break just comes undone and there is no way to thread it back in, need a shoe repairer. so you end up with a shoe too big for you.

I've been buying wicked good slippers for decades. I always got a size 10 Wide. So when I ordered these, I did the same. Comparing them to my old slippers, the ones I received are at least an inch shorter, despite being labeled 10 Wide. Shoe sizes are a fixed measurement, L.L. Bean. They shouldn't change. I must assume therefore that it was a sub-par product made by an amateur who cannot measure.

Heel of slippers often collapses. I must constantly remove them and try them on again.

These slippers arrived with a manufacturing defect in the sole. A plastic-like ridge or bump was stuck underneath, making them uncomfortable and impossible to wear. Disappointing quality control.

I have purchased LLbean products for years- I have never ordered around Christmas and had the item arrive with the name of the item, size, etc. on the box. It's usually in another type of wrapper. My husband loved his "surprise" - too bad it's 3 weeks early.

I bought these slippers for my dad as a Christmas present, but was disappointed that the label of the product was on the outside of the shipping box, so there goes the surprise factor :(. I opened the box, and was also disappointed by one of the slippers having a white stain/smear on the top of the leather that doesn't seem to rub out. Wish I could've gotten a discounted price the faulty leather mark, or a new pair with no nicks or scratches.

I purchased a pair of these slippers in my usual size, 12. When they arrived they were way too small, my toes touched to front of the slipper and I could not wear them with thick butr not super thick socks. My feet felt cramped with mid-weight socks too.
So I ordered a size 13. It was weay to large.
Another issue: the heels are too loose and in both sizes my heels slipped out of the slipper with each step.

I bought a pair of size 9 medium width online. They arrived on time. They look great and look to be well made. I noticed when I took them out of the box that they looked narrow. I tried them on and they felt narrow. After a couple hours I had to take them off as they are too narrow...more than "snug"...these were tight. I wear a normal width shoe so its not that I have wide feet. I see the "wide" version of these are listed as not available. I wonder if thats because they are sold out or they just don't offer them in a wider size. What a shame.

A loyal Bean customer for 47 years. First and only product I have ever received from LL Bean that I was unhappy about. Sorry but these are overpriced and poor quality. The fit is weird and uncomfortable to me.

Make sure when you receive your slippers, both slippers are pretty much identical. I received one with rounded front and the other slipper was more pointed. Don't know how they could have shipped this combination without noticing the difference. Skippers are comfortable and true to size

These slippers are quite mediocre. Very very flimsy with little if any support. I don't think they were worth the price I paid for them.

Color is not the same as the other 4 I have had. Also, thinner lining.

I have purchased slippers in the past because they were well made and a good value. This was not the case with the slippers I purchased for my husband. The suede leather was thin and misshapen, not attractive and didn't hug his feet.

The fit is good but the construction makes it feel like a cheap shoe even though we paid a lot!

The "wicked good slippers" are really comfortable; however, the quality is quite low. After less than 15 months, the leather tore right above the sole. Those were not my first pair; the last one lasted for more than 5 years and I expected the same quality. It seems that was naive of me. I went back to the store to find out what they wanted to do about it. I was told the slippers were at "the end of their lifespan" and that I simply had "worn them too much". Is this what you mean by "We stand behind our products and quality remains a top priority for us"?
You lost a customer, L.L.Bean.

The quality is good, which is to be expected at this price point. The fit was good. While the Sherpa pile is understandably thick until worn a few times, the right shoe has remained lumpy midway into the shoe. This "lumpiness" is not present in the left shoe. As a result, this less than "seamless" issue detracts from the overall comfort. Not bad enough to incur return postage, so I'm holding on to them, reminding myself that there are far worse things to be concerned about.

I received my new slippers and was very excited to try them on. My normal shoe size is a 12 and with socks they likely would feel tight. I wanted them to wear at night after taking my socks off. They are warm however the sole is made of nice rubber however there is no support ot cushion when you walk. They are wicked bad! Sorry I purchased them.

I've been wearing this for 14 months and on the left slipper the seam between the upper and the sole has begun tearing. It is open about 1", at the outside ball of the foot. It is still wearable, but I didn't expect to have it fall apart just over a year into wear.
