I myself love these unlined moccasins. My first pair lasted over 10 years. I could have still worn them but Once the first layer of leather developed holes in it I ordered a new set. The only problem is I have to break them in all over again. Once they get broke in they are the most comfortable slippers ever.

Very nice soft leather top and bottom moccasins that I wear with socks and can even wear outdoors.

These slippers are great quality. The leather is first quality and they are beautifully made and run true to size.

I've had these slippers for several years now. I remember that the gist of some of the reviews at the time I bought the slippers were less than stellar. There were some accompanying photos that suggested early wear and overall poor performance. This has NOT been the case with my slippers. I've put them through some serious abuse and they've held up spectacularly. If I ever have to replace these slippers, and I truely wonder if I'll ever have to, I'll replace them with an exact duplicate. Good stuff.

I am very happy with these slippers. I bought a size up, because I need a large toe box and I wanted them to be easy to slide on and off. I also snipped off the leather lace on each side, where it emerges from the sides -- this stops the lace from touching my foot. The leather is thick, with a synthetic lining.

I've been purchasing these for my husband for years. He loves them, I never hear any complaints!

These are the only slippers my dad will wear! 10 out of 10!

A lovely slipper with the quality of build we used to see from LL Bean, but the size chart is incorrect. I have a 11 1/2 D foot. The chart recommends size 12, which fit like a boat! I recommend sizing down, not up as they recommended. AND, why no half-sizes? Not smart if you remember, this is like a loafer; it won't stay on your foot if it's too big.

Love these moccasins. I wear them most of the time when I am at home. They last me 5 to 6 years.

This is my second pair of these. These are every bit as good as the ones I bought about 10 years ago.

These are good quality slippers. The only problem is that they are not quite as dark as advertised.

Well built, comfortable, fairly priced, fits like a glove. To which I will tell you I am a staunch 10.5 med. and the size 10 med. is a perfect fit. Thanks LLB. GBR77

I've had several types of LL Bean slippers and these feel the nicest.

I've worn "slippers" just like these for years! I WILL buy them again when needed.

Had to buy some other brands, but great to be back. Super comfortable and these have always lasted longer. Wear both inside and outside.

These are beautiful, high-quality slippers that my husband loves. The leather lining means they're not too warm when he's working from home in the summer months. Unfortunately they don't come in wide or in half sizes. So previously we had purchased them in a size 10 and hoped the leather would stretch for my husband's size 10Wide feet. Over time they felt less tight, but they only stretched a little and after a couple of years had torn apart at the seams. So this year we took a different approach and ordered a size 11. When they arrived they were of course still tight and now too long. But my husband undid the knot on the leather lacing (tucked the ends into the slipper for safety) and carefully walked around the house for the next few days. The shape of the slipper eased out wider and pulled in shorter. He then re-knotted the laces with a double knot. They now fit perfectly! (Note: If your feet are only slightly wide then I'd advise using the unknotting method but not ordering up a whole size.)

These shoes are terrific. They look nice. The leather is beautiful. They are obviously well-made. The shoes don't have anything wrong with them except - I bought them for my husband, who is elderly. He was afraid to wear them because the soles are slick and he was afraid of falling. I returned them and got him a pair with a sole with more grip.

I have been buying these slippers for my husband for many years. He won't wear any other. He says they are the best and worth the price.

Very fine. I had a similar pair of double-sole slippers from L.L. Bean in the 1960s. Keep up the good work.

Double sole plus insole is even better than I was looking for. They are very comfortable, and I like them a lot.
