I bought a pair of these 2 years ago. I loved them so much. They are my go to slipper. It was time to get a fresh pair. It is notably smaller. Even comparing the rubber sole of the shoe is about a half inch shorter. Will be returning.

The foot bed of the slipper is very hard and stiff, and the heel is raised so much it feels like you're going to slide forward. Had to return them, sole not as comfy as the upper.

I initially purchased these slippers several years ago and was happy with them. Over the years they wore out and decided to replace them with the same slipper. They were so different. Not only did they run small, but they just weren't the quality of the original slippers. I tried sizing up 1 1/2 sizes, ended up returning them, and by the way, was charged for each return, at total of $13.00. Don't bother with these!!

I wanted another pair of these booties that I purchased a few years ago. I bought the same size, and they are way smaller and tighter than my old pair. And it costs $6.50 to return or exchange . I will never buy another thing from LLBean. So disappointed.

Just too small even using the sizing chart. It seems that LL Bean has changed their sizing guidelines for their products because they all seem to be smaller then they indicate. We have bought items that we have already that are wearing out and when received, they fit differently or not at all. This is very frustrating. What happened to you LL Bean? Almost our entire family has been customers of LL Bean for over 60years and not sure why has the quality of your products gotten so bad.

They have a horrible smell and after just 7 months the sole is coming apart.

I ordered a size 8, so I can wear socks if I want. My normal size is a 7/7.5. I could barely push my foot in, so I sent them back. On top of this, despite my note, they charged me the return shipping fee for something that was not my error. I would not recommend these slippers, and I will not buy from LL Bean again. Very disappointed.

Horrible quality. Look and feel cheap and flimsy. The soles look ridiculous and feel like wood blocks on your feet. Quality needs major improvement.

Maybe if bean didn't outsource their work to foreign companies things would fit. This is my second pair. First pair fit. Even after washing and drying. I bought a second pair. Same size. Couldn't begin to get my foot in them. I didn't even try them till months later because it wasn't winter. I didn't know they wouldn't fit. I cut the sides so I could use them. Still couldn't get them on.

The label inside the slippers were bruising to the top of the foot, when worn without socks.

I got these on sale and loved the color! I have multiple llbean slippers in different styles but had never tried these. I do no recommend them. They run small and were hard as a rock and not comfy at all. I sent them back

Sole is way too stiff. I was hoping for some comfy slippers and these are stiff shoes. A slipper should have a flexible, soft sole and these most certainly do not have that. Sending them back.

Tag inside of the shoe scratched my wifes foot. Had to return

The ankle size was too small, inability to adjust the elastic . Cut off circulation. Slipper size was correct.

they were attractive and fuzzy and looked to be comfy but the truth is that I felt like I was walking on wood. I even tried a different inner sole but it made no difference.

Seemed not true to size. Much too tight when ordered in my wife's usual size. Needed to return this Christmas gift..

Had to return.. sole of slipper too slippery on floors and little or no support for ankles. Fear of breaking a bone.

The sole is apparently made of concrete. Sent them back.

Received the wrong product. Was not what we ordered. Instead of fleece on the outside and inside, the slippers we received were only fleece on the inside, and some sort of velvet material on the outside. Totally wrong style that what we ordered. And since we had to pay to return them we instead donated them.

NOT LL BEAN quality. Too big and wide. Needed a 7 1/2

Collar was so small I could not put the slipper on. The slipper was returned (LL Bean received it on 12/4/23 as of 12/15/23 I still have not received a refund!

Bought 3 pair a couple years ago because they looked cute and comfortable. Cute yes. Comfortable is a big no. Rarely wear them as the elastic on the upper heal becomes very uncomfortable if I have them on much more than an hour.

I got these as a Christmas gift. They look great but no arch support. The bottom is flat and very uncomfortable when you actually wear them.

I have been a loyal LL Bean shopper for decades. Have never returned an item but I returned these slippers. They were incredibly uncomfortable. There is an inside band that goes around your heel that was awful.
