Great boots! Warm & well made. Easy to put on. I wear for walking my dogs in the freezing cold winter months & my feet are always warm & toasty. The only issue I have is that the zipper on the left boot is not always easy to pull up & sometimes gets stuck before it's fully zipped up. Otherwise great boots!

A bit stiff but expected it to soften up with wear

I love the boots. However, I do have one boot where the zipper gets stuck when trying to unzip it to take the boot off. I often times have to fight with the zipper and the boot does not slip off my foot easily so it is a fight at times.

The boot has the convenience factor I was looking for. It's easy to get in and out of with the zip. However, there isn't as much insulation as I was hoping there'd be and there really isn't much support in the arch/footbed. It serves the purpose I got it for, to have a winter boot for a couple inches of snowfall, so I don't have to put on my taller boots (which are also heavier).

The boots are warm and seem to be waterproof. They fit my wide foot without a problem. The only issue is the ankle comes up to high on my leg so it is tighter than I would like. I can not walk any distance without having to lower the zipper. Other than that, no other issue so far.

A warm, water / Snow-resistant and decently comfortable shoe. The lining was slightly stained when I received it.

The boots are waterproof however; there isn’t much arch support or insulation. I use them to clean my horse stalls & the paddock. The boots would be more protective in the rain and snow if they were a few inches taller & warmer.

Boots are very warm and will be great in the snow. My only concern is that the fleece lining rubs on my ankles and causes irritation so I have to wear long socks.

The boot itself is nice and I would recommend it. However, be warned that "shale grey" has a definite blue/green hue to it. These are not straight grey as they appear in their photo. I am attaching a picture that still doesn't really show just how much blue/green there is. I will probably keep them, but I am disappointed in the color.

I really enjoy these boots but I'm not a fan of the white trim on top. I like to wear them year round for hiking/ hunting. When I wear them in the spring/summer months I would prefer the white fuzz wasn't there. I was considering purchasing the men's version but they do not come small enough. I like having the higher ankle support as well.

Size was good, but zero arch, ankle or overall foot support. A boot needs to be far more substantial for the health of our feet and for safety on ice since we wear them all winter long here in Michigan, if it's not icy it's cold.

My wife didn't like zipper storm chasers so returned them and went with the lower top version and loves them. Very warm in Milwaukee winters and very dry.

I love these boots! They are easy to get on and off and very warm. If I had to think of something negative it would be that the top front of the boot rubs on my shin. I think I will get used to it though.

The only knock on these wonderful boots are a tightness around the top. After some wear and tall socks the issue is better. No issue with the zipper like in other review, though. Very warm and comfortable otherwise.

Always wear socks , and the zipper doesn't rub. Size 6 1/2 felt fine a little big in the length so I ordered size 6. Way 2 tight around the ankle. Kept the 6 1/2 and look forward to wearing them this winter. So cute they are!!

On cold days, the boots do not keep my feet warm. The innersole needs to be improved. It does not provide adequate insulation against the cold!!!!

I often buy footwear in size 7.5 and sometimes size 7, but the 7.5s were too big. 7s fit perfectly. They are a bit hard to get on but fit perfectly fine once I do get on, and are a big hard to zipper (the material gets caught), but still a great boot. Waterproof and sturdy.

There are many good details in this boot's design. It is lighter in weight than the older version of Storm Chasers that I had, they are warm, the lining is comfortable, and they kept my feet dry while shoveling sleety snow. The problem for me is with the cuff/leg portion of the boot. It is extremely stiff and unforgiving. I had hoped to wear this on my winter walks but after 2 miles I had to turn around and head back as the repeated bouncing of the cuff on my leg with each stride started to chafe against my skin. I purchased the taller version for outside hikes in deep(er) snow but the rigidity of the boot top makes this an uncomfortable proposition.

Surprisingly comfortable boots, which are reliably waterproof. The soles provide good traction. My one concern is that one of the zippers sticks a bit, in both directions.

I am a 6.5 and ordered 6.5 I wonder if these stretch?? Fit is perfection without socks :( I can wear these boots with regular socks. I don't feel comfortable in them and think they are slightly too tight. If they were wider they might work. If you plan on wearing wool or thick winter socks you definitely want to up a size.

The boot seems well made and the fit was true. I will be returning these because I need them for heavy farm use and they have a decent looking tread but the surface is hard and slick. Almost busted my bottom on wood and brick walkway.

I've tried on several pairs of zip up boots. So far this pair is best. I wanted a pair I didn't have to lace up. And that my pant legs would fit over the boot shaft. I always have a problem with the inner cover for the zipper to rub one of my ankles. If I wear a thicker sock I found the cover does not rub my ankle on the left foot of these boots. I have another pair of LL Bean lace up rain shoes. (Not boots, which LL Bean no longer carries) and my feet are dry. I have not had a chance to wear them in the snow yet. But I am sure the boot will keep the snow from falling into foot area.
