These are high quality and very warm, comfortable boots. They are bulky and a bit heavy so don't plan on using them for long walks or runs to the store with mild weather. These are best for snowy, extra cold weather and outdoor winter activities. They run a little big but extra room for thick socks.

I wore these on a weekend trip in Canada a few days after I got them and walked 22,000 steps one day in 15 degree (Fahrenheit) weather and snow and my feet were warm and comfortable the whole time. I had put insoles in them for additional arch support and I think that helped for my foot shape. I've warn them on several winter walks since and I'm very pleased with them.

I've had a pair of these boots for a few years now, they are warm and comfortable. Yes they are a bit big and clunky, but they are an awesome boot, and I can drive my truck in them. I wear them often due to the weather in North East Ohio, rain, sleet , snow and mud! I love these boots!

These boots were extremely hard for me to get on. Once I did get them on, they felt tight across my toes and too wide in the heel. There's no way I could wear heavy socks with these but maybe one doesn't need to if they're as warm as stated. Unfortunately I won't know because I am sending them back. I won't exchange for the next size up because of the wideness in the heel.

Perfect for wamth, comfort and a day spent on the ice fishing

I wrote a review earlier this year saying I wish my size were in stock so I could buy a spare... surprise! I'm back! I bought my 2nd pair. Did I need them? No. The boots are still in perfect condition. But I didn't want to even risk being without these on cold snowy days when I'm working outside. I think I'm going to have a chore pair and a good clean pair to wear out places. I love these boots. They're so warm and stable.

I bought these 8 years ago and have worn them walking dogs in deep snow, slush, and ice ever since. Great boots! Extremely warm and sturdy. Lots of life left. Highly recommend

I bought these on a whim, and at first I was skeptical because they seemed to have a strange fit for my high arch. But today I wore them for farm chores on a below zero wind chill day and my feet weren't even thinking about feeling cold. My regular winter chore boots I would've been cold within minutes. They activate my quads more than other shoes do, but they're warm and secure on ice and snow and I am in love. I wish you had more in my size right now because I would immediately buy a spare pair, so I never have to be without these. I have spent too many winters with chilly feet, never again!

These are the best boots for cold weather. I've had a pair for over 20 years and finally had to replace them. My feet stay warm and dry. Great for the coldest weather.

Our Iowa winter has been extremely cold, windy, and snowy this year! I scoop all my snow by hand and also walk at least 2 miles daily. I need boots that were warm, rugged, and well- fitting. L.L. Bean snow boots have proved to be just that! Toasty warm, good grip, and plenty of comfortable toe space!

Love the softness of the tumbled leather! Lightweight and roomy enough for a heavy sock. Great in the snow.

These boots fit true to size, and have kept my feet nice and warm in these cold, snowy Montana winters. Just like everything from LLBean, I love them. If you're hesitant, don't be, just buy them.
