Very stylish. Warm. Regular size was roomy enough for my wide feet. Good tread. I wish there was more arch support.

They were pretty and soft but they were too heavy for my taste for me to wear so I returned them

For those of us with a wide toe splay these boots provide plenty of room. The fleece insulation insert can be easily removed for drying or warming on an electric boot warming rack. I indicate these boots run a tad large and the width is a tad wide however socks worn during winter months tend to be thicker than normal times of the year. I'm glad to have these boots for wintery-mix weather.

The boots are very warm, but a bit sloppy. Where the upper meets the lower rubber area may be a bit weird fitting on some people but kinda stretches out for me. They are on the wider side and longer side. I'm a 10.5, but usually order 11 and they are a bit big. These are longer than normal. The flap under the ties folds in on itself instead of being a normal tongue, which is a bit odd and needs to be positioned just so. Overall I'm keeping them because warm sturdy boots are hard to find. They could be better structured, but will work.

Very heavy. Thick heel and front area, so size up for ice stabilizers , and more difficult to secure snowshoes . Very warm and higher for walking in snow and slush

The boots are not very comfortable for walking but will certainly keep my feet dry. It is hard to get a good fit when there is no half size offered. LLBean phone service was excellent and a size exchange was easy.

It said to order a 1/2 size up if you were at a 1/2 size. Nope don't do it. Also these boots are like wearing cement bricks to your feet, they are HEAVY! I wish I hadn't worn them outside, or I'd return them!!

Basic, but didn't keep them for two reasons: too much heel slip and the forefoot is too thin for me to think my feet would be warm (I could feel tiny things on my floor through the boot).

The boots are well made and lovely but not true to size. I wear a size 7 in a boot and in spite of being labeled as a size 7 they were as large as at least a size 9. I had to return them.

I need a new winter boot and thought this might be it. I wore them to pick up groceries, I found it hard to drive in them. Sometimes it was hard to tell if my foot was pushing on the accelerator or not. Also, while driving, a couple of my toes went a little numb, not sure why as they were roomy in the toe area. I can't say if they will keep your feet warm or not as I did not have them on out in the cold. The price was great as I got them on sale, but think I'm going to return.

From other reviews Most people said true to size so I ordered my usual size, they were so narrow I couldn't even get my foot in the boot. Very disappointing as there are no options to get a wider width. They will have to go back after some sort of mix up with them going to the wrong address.

These are so warm, cute, end comfortable, but they are way too big for me. I wear a 7.5 and ordered an 8 and they are a good inch too long on my feet. Unfortunately, I threw out the box & receipt so I can't exchange them. I would highly advise sizing down. If you do, I think you'll love these!

I've owned snowboots before and was ready for an upgrade, so I was excited when I purchased these. They run a little short in the toe even without thick socks and are extremely stiff. I unlaced them as much as I could without stepping out if them and keep wearing them to see if breaking them in more will help. Pretty disappointing.

It would have been helpful to know that when ordering should require 1/2 size smaller when one wears a 1/2 size. I wear a 71/2 and ordered an 8. Was too large. Had to return and order. 7 and then was charged shipping for the return. Would not have expected this from a company such as LLBean.

These boots are very cute on. I got the gray ones, but forgot how very heavy this kind of boot can be. The heel area was too loose, and slid off my heel when I walked. I wear a 7.5 and ordered an 8. I also found that I couldn't get them tied as snug on my foot as I wanted. So sadly, back they went. Note: these are very well-made boots - just not for me.

I wear boots of some sort 365 days a year: live on small horse ranch These boots DO NOT have enough cushion on soles of feet. They are a size 8 & just a tad tight. Once again. Disappointed with all 4 orders of 2020 L.& L. Beans womens boots.

I love LL Bean boots! The boot color purple is really nice and the shape and durability outstanding. When I received the boots, they looked large and large is what they are. Please size down. Would be nice to have half sizes. Sadly, I must return.

I really wanted a nice pair of snow boots. There is no doubt these boots would be warm in the cold, snowy weather. These boots are cute, but they are heavy on my feet and the taller shank makes them hard to get on. They are also stiff and they are hard to walk in as you can't bend your ankles. I will be returning. I have a pair of LL Bean duck boots and I like them alot. These are just too heavy and stiff.

I researched snow boots, and wanted a pair with removable liners. This boot was attractive AND had liners. I have had really good luck with Bean boots, but not this time. My heel rides up in the back, but it's too tight or narrow up front. Also tight at my calf. I am returning them but will keep looking!

I ordered these in Royal Plum in both 8 and 9 so I could try to get the best fit. I love the color and they're well constructed. I wear an 8 in the Wicked Good Shearling Boots and they fit perfect. The 8s here felt better for length but they were so tight on the top of my foot. Another reviewer mentioned them feeling like a cast and that is pretty accurate. The 9s were better for the top of my foot, but they were just too big (even with thick socks). Despite feeling like a cast they were loose, clunky and awkward. I really hoped these would be perfect because I love the color, but unfortunately both pairs will be going back.

Boot looks nice, fits well, and is mostly comfortable right out of the box before being "broken in." Not nearly as warm as the warmth rating suggests. Worn with heavy merino socks, toes were cold in 10-20 degree weather in the snow. This didn't happen with the previous pair of Wildcat boots. We would have gotten those, but they were sold out.

I bought these boots in January 2018. The website suggests half sizes order up, so that's what I did. I wear a size 8.5 and the size 9 was too big. I had to exchange for an 8 and they fit much better. I wear heavy wool socks with them and I have no issues. They are a bit clunky, but it's a snow boot, what are you expecting? Other folks have commented that the sole on this boot is very thin and I agree. I can feel every pebble and piece of ice that I walk on. I have no problems driving in these boots either. They are really cute boots and they do the job of keeping my feet warm and dry while shoveling snow or walking the dogs. It's been over a year and I don't have my receipt, or else I'd send these boots back and buy a different brand.
