Ordered xl tall for my son who is 200# and 63. It was too wide in the body and was so long it qualified as a dress. Good quality shirt but will return and order a large regular length.

The LL Bean Chamois shirt is soft and mid-weightperfect for Fall and Spring. My husband has a couple of LL Bean Chamois shirts purchased through the last 15 years, all in solid colors. They all look new and wash beautifully with no shrinking. The new one is a classy dark plaid and he looks great in it. Love these Chamois shirts.

Flannel shirt is beautiful . Nice feel to the fabric. Seems a bit on the too large for a large,size.

This flannel shirt is EXTREMELY soft, fits well and is very warm. I have a number of Bean Chamois flannel shirts and love them all. When I saw this shirt in the outlet in Freeport I immediately found my size and bought it. I love the color too.

I bought this Flannel shirt for my husband and he has already worn it 3 xs in a two week span. The XL fits him well, he is 62 and weighs about 195. I thought he might need the tall but the regular XL fits the best. It is a thicker shirt so he can wear it over another shirt to add a layer of warmth.

This shirt is very comfortable but it doesn't feel as heavy as the previous shirts I've bought from Bean. I bought a size small.

I love these shirts! I have two or three and theyre great for staying warm on these cold winter days. The fit is great and they are well made and will last a long time.

As usual, a fine, well-made, warm shirt. Like the plaid I got, but disappointed in the overall color selection. No dark lavender, dark red.

I ordered a XL and wears like a 2-XL. Had it dried cleaned before wearing :(. Way too big to wear. Should have gotten a Large.

I love how soft and warm the chamois shirts feel. They keep me comfortable all winter long.

L.L. Bean's Men's Flannel Shirts are well worth what you pay for them! They last and last!

I usually buy clothes from three, well-known, major companies. In the last year I bought four shirts from one of those companies, a high-end company that I had bought from for many years, and was very disappointed. I assume that like most businesses dealing with lower sales volume, supply chain issues, and other problems as the result of covid, their bottom line was negatively affected and they were doing everything possible to deal with the problem. One way is to reduce costs, and it showed in the decreased quality of the shirts. On the one hand I felt sorry for them, but on the other I reasoned that going from quality to poor quality would devastate their reputation and sales. Im not buying from them anymore. Ive bought a lot of things from LL Bean for many years and dont recall ever having been disappointed. I just bought two shirts from Bean and was wondering if they, too, had cut corners which negatively affected quality. THEY HAVENT. The shirts are standard LL Bean high quality, what I expect. I am very pleased.

The older I get, the colder I am in winters desert nights where homes are not built to keep warmth in. Ordinary flannel no longer suffices, but L L Beans Chamois shirts beautifully succeed in warmth and snugly comfort. These new fabric designs may appear more modish, but their chamois shirt heftiness remains the same.

My husband loves this shirt. It is warm, soft and comfortable.

Chamois shirt was purchased for a man 6'3". Ordered XL Tall. Sleeves are perfect and the fit through the body is relaxed. The length we feel is a little too long. Otherwise great material and soft feel.

My husband bought this in Canyon Rust which is a beautiful plaid. He likes the weight and being able to buy the tall size. The only complaint is how manufacturers don't match the plaid on the side seams especially with the price we paid even using 10% off and some Bean Bucks.

Very comfy shirt and love the colour. Sleeve length and torso length are both solid, but shirt is definitely wider / baggier than necessary.

Once you put it on you will not want to take it off. I love this shirt as it is one of the nicest shirts Ive ever worn. Of course the quality of L. L. Bean is apparent.

last year i bought my husband the blue plaid and this year he asked for the red plaid. it's very well made. luxurious! the fit ( xlarge/reg ) is spot on. he's 5 9 205 lbs with broad shoulders. a really nice shirt!!

This shirt is as advertised, a soft touch. Since it is a Christmas gift, I have not seen it on, but I am sure my husband will really like it. It is so unlike a casual flannel shirt.

I love this shirt. It's soft, warm, and feels very substantial - unlike cheap flannels from competitors. I'm 6'3", 210 with a 37 wing-span & this shirt in XLT fits nicely.. Not tight, nor too baggy & the sleeves are just about perfect. I have a new favorite.

This comfy shirt feels comfortable, warm and durable. It does run large, so size down unless you fully fill out the larger size.
