Its a great shirt. Love the colors. He gets lots of compliments every time he wears it. He liked it so much, we bought another one just like it.

Ive purchased these shirts for over 25 years. Always made well, warm, fits great, lasts for years.....what else are you looking for in a shirt?

I am very happy and satisfied that chose this shirt. The pattern is colorful and the material is soft and very comfortable. I recommend this shirt to all who like good clothes.

Actually it is a Large Tall, but not an option in the menu. I have been buying LL Bean chamois shirts for over 40 years. This plaid color fits right in with the fall weather. When the fuzz wears off, they become work shirts for years to come.

Nice shirt for winter in Michigan. Very comfortable and great for layering.

It's still 90 degrees plus here n California, so I haven't worn the new arrivals yet, but I have three others and they are my favorite shirts, worn 5 to 6 months out of the year and still look great. I like all Bean flannel, but these Chamois variety are my go-to shirts, and my XL regulars fit perfectly, even though I'm a bit tanky in body type. My best recommendation is that I continue to buy them!

Colors are great! Texture and feel, even better. I wear it as an over shirt. I am 80 plus so not as tall as I used to be. Seems a little long but I was 6'2" and now am ....a little shorter. Could not be more pleased! Thank you!

Very heavy, warm fabric. Yes, it fits a little big. But, if you include a base layer underneath, you'll need the extra room (this is a cold-weather shirt). The colors aren't quite as bold as the online picture. Overall, I'm very pleased and will recommend to anyone.

I love this shirt and have three of this style and one that is of a similar style. Unfortunately, this one and the two like it are a bit too big (shoulders, sleeves, & overall length) on my smallish frame. In fact a friend made a comment to me along those lines, and now I'm sort of self-conscious about wearing them. I bought the similar one a few weeks ago in size small and it fits much better. These shirt are heavier than the norm, but that's fine with me, as I wear them more-or-less as a jacket over t-shirts, henleys, etc.

This is as-expected in every way. "Traditional fit" is roomy and can therefore accommodate thicker than standard undergarment, if that's important. This is my 1st Bean shirt of this specific design, but their other chamois shirts have been comfortable and just right. The slant flap pockets are distinctive, although I don't know what value they add. Otherwise, the shirt is not too unusual.

These are the best chamois shirts I have ever owned. Fit is spot on. Quality shirts made to last. I have several colors and will be buying more. They are very warm for the cold winters in upstate NY.

After much concern that this shirt would be way too large if I ordered my usual size (XL) due to the many reviews I have read, I found this to not be the case at all. I did purchase the XL. I have been the same shirt size for years and this product fits in the same way as all other XLs in my closet. I think the determining factor is if an individual has a preference toward loosely fit clothing or tighter fit clothing. I personally far prefer that shirts have room for movement rather than being too restrictive. I tried this shirt on when it first arrived over a long sleeved t-shirt like I might wear underneath. The fit was perfect. Is the fit "generous?" Yes. Does it give me plenty of room for layering anything from a t-shirt to a thicker Henley underneath? Yes. The point is, it is appropriately sized to an XL individual, in my opinion. Next, the quality of this shirt is exceptional. It is well made, extremely soft, and the colors are true to the catalog and website, maybe with the exception that they are richer. The price is great for this level of quality. For milder North Texas winters, this product would be great for wearing alone on our cool days to layering for our coldest days. I highly recommend purchasing one....or two. Anyone in a colder climate would appreciate it even more since they could wear it a greater portion of the year.

Fit beautifully, size med. tall. Great material and color. Perfect for a chilly day, and as a warm layer on a cold day.

I've owned this Chamois shirt, only in an XXL for a number of years. It's my "go to" shirt for warmth in the winter. It's usually worn over one of Bean's long-sleeve Henley's; if very cold a "River Driver" shirt. I "hibernate" in this one until spring. Over the past several months, I opted to lose some weight. Now, about 30 lbs. lighter, my Chamois fit like a tent. So, off to the web site I went, and I ordered a new one, a size smaller. It arrived today, and I couldn't be happier. I opened the package, and the colors were just stunning; a muted plaid that was even nicer than my old one. It fit generously, and the pockets matched the body perfectly. (I believe some other owners complained about that.) The only downside, was that it's 80 degrees today, so no chance of wearing it immediately, but it will remain ready for the first crisp day of the fall. I do have to keep it close by, since my wife can now wear it over her sweaters, and I'm afraid she'll keep it. Another winner! Thank you!

Today I ventured to LLBean in South Windsor, CT to try on the new Chamois shirts. This items sizing has been on a bit of a roller-coaster lately. The Rob Roy Tartan chamois I purchased today fits like a chamois should. A little loose in the body to allow it to be worn as an overshirt, and sleeves that fit a 34" sleeve perfectly when the second button is used. The body length is ok because I never tuck it in! Thanks LLBean. You have obviously read the reviews and taken action!

The chamois cloth shirt fits perfectly, and is very comfortable. My husband wears it like a jacket, and is very pleased with how warm it is,especially in cool and foggy weather.

This was my third LL Bean plaid Chamois shirt and I love them. The fit is perfect and there is no shrinkage no matter how you wash it. The fabric is also super comfortable next to the skin and it gets better as it ages.

This shirt was for my husband. He picked it out as he loved the colors in this plaid . . "Looks like fall!" he said. The flannel is warm and very soft. He is truly looking forward to wearing it this fall and winter.
