I've been wearing L.L. Ben Chamois for many years. This is one to replace an old one that, after years of wear, is relegated to the workshop...not public. They are comfortable, warm, and wear like iron. The only surprise with this one was that all my previous shirts were in large size. The large that I ordered was considerably larger than the previous ones. But, the medium was perfect. I'll continue to buy these as long as they sell the same quality.

Last purchased an LLBean chamois shirt about 30 years ago.. This one has the same great qualities I loved back then, and am happy to experience again.

Love the colors in the plaid & the the chamois feels. Unfortunately it was too big, so I've returned it for a smaller size.

It runs slightly large. It is a well made shirt and the fabric has substance to it. As far as plaid flannels go it is quite stylish and I don't feel like I'm out with a lumberjack! Washes well with little to no shrinkage.

I buy an LL Bean flannel shirt for the guys on my Christmas list every year. They are great shirts and the guys enjoy the different colors and styles. This shirt was purchased in a Med/Tall.

The only shirts I can buy that fit me perfectly. The chamois is soft and warm and it doesn't shrink. It's a really nice shirt.

I normally buy LL Bean solid color chamois shirts, so this was a novelty. The colors are great, and the shirt seems to be as thick and warm as the traditional solid color chamois shirts.

Ordered a Large Tall, and it was HUGE. Replaced it with a MT, and it fit well. (Husband wears other brand large talls and they fit fine - this just ran very large). The fabric is heavy and the shirt is nice and warm. Very well made, beautiful colors. Sleeves are a good length and the shirt looks good on him.

I bought it for my husband and it fits him perfectly. Because it is so soft and warm, I've been wearing it even though it is much too large. It is the softest cotton!

Very warm and comfortable. Color of the shirt is as pictured online. Not quite chamois texture, but the flannel is very thick, soft and comfortable. Am happy with product.

I got two Large Tall shirts for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. Thank you for providing tall shirts in large. When there are no tall shirts, we usually have to buy an extra large so that he can have good sleeve length, but the shoulder seams droop down his arms, so he was really happy to get these exceptionally well-fitting shirts. These shirts are also very thick, something else that he requires. And after washing, they are still soft (i.e. they do not pill). He is in the construction business and he did feel that they were too nice to use for that profession, but said that when they wear out a bit, they can be relegated to work. I would like to be able to give these every year. I hope you will consider more colors and patterns.

Love the color and the fit. It did not soften up as expected even with fab softener. Shrinks about a whole size when dried in dryer, which I did to accelerate softening. So the XL is now large, which is actually my size and a better fit. This is all due to personal eccentricities. Know this, love the shirt and wear it all the time.

I pretty much live in chamois shirts, usually unbuttoned and with the sleeves rolled up, at least outside in mild weather or in the house. When the weather gets cold the shirt becomes part of a layering system. I have several of them which I have purchased over the years. When I outgrow them or wear them out they become dog blankets.

Love these shirts... they fit well, launder well and I would certainly recommend them to others

I bought this as a gift for my grandnephew who is about to turn 17. It wasn't as orange as he wanted, but it was gorgeous. So, I found an oranger flannel plaid shirt and gave him this one, as well. This is definitely date wear in the northern climate ten miles south of the Canadian border in central Washington where he lives. It's absolutely huggable.

My husband says it's the warmest shirt he's every had.

This is a well made shirt. Soft. Washes nice. Looks great. I compliment my husband every time he wears it.

I ordered another shirt in a different plaid

Because of health issues, I am on several blood pressure drugs and a blood thinner. As a result, I get cold easily. Thus my reason for this purchase. My wife talked me into purchasing two of these shirts, of different colors. Upon receipt of them I truly was amazed how heavy the material is and how nicely they fit and feel when wearing. I shake my head every time I think of what I paid for them, but in all honesty, I would do it again. They fit me perfectly and are warm. There has been a few times that we have gone someplace when the weather was in the fifties, and I did not even need to wear a jacket, yet it is also very comfortable even when at home.

Great colors and fabric

The most comfortable warm and cozy shirt I've ever worn. A little big when you take it out of the wrapper but after a wash it fits true to size but it's still roomy enough for a big man. I bought two and I'm glad that I did. It is a perfect winter shirt.

I buy these shirts every year for my son-in-law and he loves them. He is a medium and has long arms, so needs to have a tall size. This is a very hard size to find, but L.L. Bean comes through every year, and they last and last. Thank you, L.L.Bean for making my shopping a breeze!

This will be a gift for my grandson. I am very sure that he will enjoy it.

I'm impressed with Bean's ability to offer high quality clothing at reasonable prices. I often buy from a more expensive competitor, and frequently find minor flaws in their products, like loose threads in the buttonholes. This shirt is warm, soft, and will undoubtedly last for years.
